    I'm writing in English so more people will be able to read it. I'm giving a three as the actual place is ok but the smell of smoke and cigarettes was really too much, plus the owner. Starting from the beginning, we were unlucky as we had 2h of traffic on the motorway and we arrived at 19.40. Zero empathy on the part of the owner who charged us € 30 and also asked us for € 12 for parking, when in reality it is the driveway of the house and we who had a van had a lot of difficulties getting into it, if you are not good at parking it's not easy at all. we enter and an incredible stench of smoke hangs everywhere, we tried to keep the windows open but little a few changes, the hot water mixer in the shower is probably too small, and finding lukewarm water was a challenge. But the biggest problem remains the very difficult relationship with the owner who does not speak English but only German, and yet writes the messages incorrectly, therefore communication is quite deficient. And also in checkout we had big problem, as we politely asked for a 30minute delay, she said which was not possible and then decided to do it 1,30 late so at 10.00 even if we had work to attend... and in the end showed up at 9,30. Never in my travels have I found myself feeling so negative after a business trip. Curious as before writing this review, he sent me a message asking me to write a "Positive" review, sorry but the truth is this. Too bad because the apartment would also be nice, but all the surrounding context and other small details make everything very difficult. My vote is 3 because 1\3 (actual place) but the other 2\3 (owner and smell\problems) were a full 0. Ah yes, at least the Wi-Fi gives it to you for free ... ah right, it doesn't work.

    I am not new to Booking and travel in Europe 2 months this year even during CV - I've never written a bad review. We were 30min early for check-in and communicated via booking app. We waited for an hour outside the door and finally found the cell number. They had been there for 30 minutes and never bothered to walk outside. My wife met me for four days from Italy during a 21 day stay. She demanded more money in cash. Deposit in cash. Parking in cash, etc. I had informed her previously cash was not acceptable for business reimbursement - she still had no solution. Finally she contacted booking to facilitate payment via card. I didn't care about the charge but told her in advance that cash payment would NOT happen. 2 hours to check in - I would have cancelled on the spot. She charged for 2 people even though no breakfast but didn't have two keys. Brought dish soap the next day but no key although she certainly took the money plus an add on 15% while on the phone to cover the booking.com fee she complained about. This was not negotiated previous to the call. House was 2 bedroom not 3 (futon in the dining room is not a bedroom). Pillows were flat and unsanitary with a smell of dust/must causing sinus reaction ( I don't have allergies). Any request was met with the excuse "I can't because I live 50km away". Washer - no dryer. Cabinets were full of random sheets, bedding and towels. Forgot to tell us about particulars of parking. I parked in the driveway but not far enough down - bitter neighbor lady banged on the door and shook trash at my wife. Late July with no A/C - no fan available in the house. Overall: Terrible experience and if it was a hotel I would have left the second night.

    I cant offer much in the way of positive attributes.
