Felt like a container stacked up building for a reason.. Room was small and with the setting within.. not much space to open up luggages.. Suggestion maybe can do away with the closet.. or shorten the table for some extra open space.

We were able to book a double room for two adults and a child so I expected there would be a fold up bed or futon for our child. Actually we all just had to sleep in a double bed together. It was pretty squishy. I did just assume but they shouldn't let you book three people in a room if there is no provision at all for the third person. Some rooms have a sofa to sleep on for example.

Confusing location since the property’s address is on their premium branch. So we had to walk to their other branch. The drainage in the bathroom was not so good. Our toilet was flooded when we take a bath.

Their own cars parking lot was full and all other options are extremely expensive (ie. about 100$ for one night only at a Times managed place nearby hotel)! Very small room (even if fully equipped, but really limited space - quite common in Japanese hotels) with old and partially scratched furniture. Very important: remember to call in advance (may ask hotel’s staff for help) at any desired restaurant in Tokyo, otherwise you’ll easily (they have prepared reasons always) be kicked out - even young Japanese waiters would do “their best” to ruin foreigners’ lunch experience there!!! Mainly tolerated expats in Japan are German, Italian and somehow Brazilian and Argentinian, easy to understand the reason!

Hotel’s staff is the best they have, well educated and very kind. Welcome coffee at their (narrow) lobby.

Convenient location if you are coming from Haneda. Short walking distance from Tokyo Tower/Roppongi area and train station has Yamanote line so access to other areas of Tokyo is pretty easy. Room is clean and bed comfortable.

The size of the room is too small for 3 stars hotel.

The room is clean & comfortable, .the location near hamamatcucho station. It is very easy to access from haneda by monorail. And also easy to go everywhere from this station.

Nothing, I love the hotel from the staff to its facilities😍

The hotel is very clean, very near to different restaurants esp. our favorite matsuya and yoshinoya, family mart and drugstore the staff are polite and accommodating, very convenient near to the train station, I love your free skin care,I requested that our hotel is facing Tokyo 🗼 and they granted my request, Tokyo 🗼 is 15 mins. walk from the hotel the only downside is the room and bed is quite small for a family of 3 but it is comfortable. Will definitely comeback to Mystays hotel 🫰🫰👍👍
