Excellent location: near the airport but at the beginning of the city, close to everything. There is a train station nearby (you can pay 5 euros for free public transportation for the whole day). Super friendly and kind hotel staff (you get a perfect score), rich in variety and quality breakfast (satisfying for the whole day). There is a heated pool, a dry and wet sauna, a gym (there are almost no hotels in Berlin that offer a heated pool. A taxi ride to the airport costs 23 euros. Excellent internet. Disadvantages: a small room and reminds a bit of a hostel and less of a hotel, there were days when there was no hot water as a result of shared treatments in the system Central heating (didn't bother me particularly).

Somewhat outdated and old, but still okay. Checkin-Time at 1500 is really late. Paying for the parking area was confusing, the stuff was not really smart. Price for parking high comapred to the room costs. Looks like hidden costs for your stay.

Air conditioning NOT working in a hot day a night. In year 2022 we were supplied with a fan. Bed cover was a duna only! In SUMMER!

The large bottled water from the bar was pricey at almost 9 euros. No vending machines on site. Just shop for beverages before you check in.

Excellent pool, sauna and steam room area. All indoors so it can be used year round. Pool towels were provided. The room was clean and comfortable, too. It had complimentary water and soda. The room had a small refrigerator and a kettle to make instant coffee or tea. There was a restaurant on site. Also, the room had a bathtub instead of just a shower.

The front of house were not the most friendly team, i had to wait a little to be seen, and it was very transactional, so wasn't made to feel very welcome. The same when checking out, there was 4 members on the desk, 2 were serving and 2 were training even though they could see i was waiting.

We used this hotel as a layover on our way to the south of France, it's location just off the motorway made this ideal to get off and in very quickly. The restaurant was closed when we arrived, but we were able to get a full menu within the bar area in the main lobby. Parking was easy, right in front of the hotel, and easy to get to the lobby. The breakfast area and content was great, fresh food and lots to choose from, we went down a little late for breakfast but were able to get anything that wasn't available just by asking.

It was very noisy, there was something wrong with the ventilation system. Also, sound isolation between rooms was not the best, you could hear someone putting their phone to charge

Check-in was slow. Their bank card machine doesn't work for non-German (Maestro) bank cards! Even though my card works in all the shops and petrol stations! So the reception guy got me to walk to the Aral station 500 meters away to get cash, even though he could have just taken my credit card details instead.

Beds were big and comfortable, aircon was good, pool and sauna were free and very nice.

Check in time was pretty laborious. Knowing most people will be there to check in at 3, the management should plan to have every employee that can check guests in to be at reception. The check in situation was somewhat disorganized & we did not feel the employees were supported by management.

We were 2 adults and a child so when the sofa bed opened up you couldn't get into the fridge. We were only there 1 night so it wasn't a problem for us. The shower didn't drain very well but everything else functioned well.

Fantastic breakfast which was included with our room. The pool and sauna were lovely. It was very accessible by train. We were staying there to be close to Frankfurt airport for a flight the following day so it was very convenient for that and at a very good price.
