The location is not the best at all not the hotels fault but it is full of migrants just hanging around all day broken people and drug dealers and addicts there are police around the area this is more a condemnation of the Frankfurt city govt the any hotel Frankfurt has gone way down hill since my first visit 11 years ago

The basics of this hotel is good for the money good breakfast nice staff and not far from the Train Station

It was noisy because of the location where is close to bars and clubs. In surrounding streets, drunk and drug addictive people were sitting whole day. I hesitated to go out at midnight.

The staff are friendly. The location is very convenient to do anything.

Clean the room not an big issue, as well no air-condition and the fan is so noisy not the right one for a small room.

Location is good, the room very noisy, not clean, the bed has some hair from the previous guest, bathroom the same.

The location has its downsides, namely that it is a run down atea. Lots of trash thrown around the sidewalk. Vandalism to the mailboxes of the stores around the area. Dirty.

Location was great being close to the train station and many food options. The staff was kind.

A basic hotel in close vicinity to main train station with 24h reception desk. Room was clean, beds comfortable. No a/c, but fan was provided. Towels and toiletries as well.

Unfortunately the heat did not leave the room during the night causing us to have hardly any night rest. This is of course due to the heatwave and not the fault of the hotel. Besides that the rooms were slightly dated in my opinion.

The hotel was clean at arrival and cleaned on a daily basis. We were also facilitated with two fans and to beat the heat from the heat wave. Location wise it was close to the central station and the city centre, but some may dislike the street the hotel is in. Especially later in the evening when there are several beggars roaming the street.

We were expecting some toiletries since it was included in their advertisement but soon we found out that its not. Also it was a little bit dirty and the mini fridge doesnt work.

The room smelled of cigarettes. We were overcharged the city tax (paid 32€ instead of 16€). The location is a bit dodgy at night. The shower was way too narrow.

The rooms were clean, the price is good and the bed was very comfortable. No problems with wifi as well.

Tea and coffee facilities in the room would have been helpful. We wanted to do a Rhine river cruise, we couldnt book it from Frankfurt and had to travel to Rudesheim by train to be able to do this.

The location was a bit disappointing, the area near the city is poorer and not very clean, the room was comfortable enough and clean, there was no breakfast facilities.

Close to the train station. Clean shower and toilet. Comfortable for a one night stay. Very cheap for one night and pleasant stay if you're not a fussy traveller. Some restaurants along the street for late night snack if you want. Bakery across the road. We booked this after getting off our flight at Frankfurt at 9pm which was very convenient for us.

The location of the hotel is not suitable for kids. The space to shower and the toilet are in two separate rooms and are too small for a grown adult. No toiletries provided except the shower gel. Considering the price of the room, I expect more toiletries, at least a glass for me to brush my teeth or gargle The carpeted floor could be much cleaner.

The location is near to the Central Train Station and other stores. The room is clean and the staffs are very helpful.

The hotel was in a bad neighborhood in the area of the central station. I did not feel 100% safe.

The hotel looks very old and outdated, and the neighbourhood is very noisy and seemingly not very safe (but it can be just my personal opinion or perception). The personnel couldn't understand English, but one of the receptionists was Russian so we freely communicated in Russian.

The hotel is located very close to the main central station, just a 3-5 minutes walk to the main train station and 15-20 minutes walk to the main city centre. I choose the hotel just for its location close to the main train station and spent just a few hours there just to have a rest before my flight. However, the pictures of the hotel and room in the booking com and what I got were not matching correctly. For a few hours, it was ok, but for a longer stay, I would definitely choose another place.

Cleaning could be better. we got ants every day we were back. We didn't bring them, they were there from the first day.

I could hear a lot of noise all through the night, specially people above dragging furniture around all through the night, I couldn’t figure out where it was coming from or how the noise could be made, but it was constant and unavoidable. Secondly, although the radiator was in good working order there was a draft in the room which was causing me to feel cold in the night regardless of the radiator being on full heat.
