the internet signal was a bit patchy at times, and the rooms are a little dated but had everything you need to spend a night!

The location was amazing. No need to pay parking to visit the castle and it’s close to everything. The breakfast was also superb. Lots of variety and fresh! The price ratio performance is great!!

Walking distance from Neuschwanstein Castle. Rooms are basic but comfortable. They allowed me to leave my car parked on their premises for the entire day on the day of checkout.

The layout of the room was a bit strange with the twin beds lined up against the wall; however, we were not there for a long term stay - just the night. For that the room was perfect.

Location was in the heart of the town and within walking distance of the information center and buses for the tour of Neuschwanstein. You could see the castle from the property.

Clean and comfortable, ground floor so easily assessable. Nice room, not overly fussy, close to the center, breakfast was good and had a few options, could do with a special coffee machine to boost.

The room is compact but very suitable for an overnight stay.

Very nice breakfast with a friendly host. The breakfast area was comfortable and very well organized. a view of the Neuschwanstein castle from our breakfast table was unexpected and stunning. Parking was very convenient and the location of the the hotel is perfect for thise visiting the castle.

We loved that we could see the Neuschwanstein castle from the breakfast room! Breakfast choice was great and friendly staff! What could be improved - How to get to the room was confusing. It was sent in an email but not stated at the beginning that there is a map to the rooms. A bold font notice in email at the beginning stating "Note the map to get to the hotel Rooms" would be helpful.

I chose this hotel specifically because of its location. Marienbrücke (the view to the Neuschwanstein Castle) is accessible by walk/hike.

Our only complaint was that there was only one restaurant in the town which was open after 6:00 PM. We ended up eating dinner there for both evenings. We understand that November is the off-season, but some variety would have been nice.

The room was quiet and comfortable and the breakfast was nice. The location was excellent- located near, and with views of the local castles.
