Even though the room was large it was infested with roaches it was also in the top corner next to rooms that had asbestos it made me feel a little uncomfortable.

The staff was welcoming and friendly and worked with me the room itself was large very nice.

The facility was an old motel with no upgrades. Parking lot had many potholes. I was given an upstairs room and the handrail up the stairs was very loose and dangerous, was afraid to put much weight on it. Homeless people were present and hotel staff was yelling at them to leave or they would call the police.

The room itself was ok, nothing special. Coffee maker was difficult to figure out. Bed was ok , out side porch light was out .

For medical reasons, I'm not to climb stairs. My email confirmation stated a downstairs room. She said no, there are none. It was so hot in the room, even with the little air-conditioning. I called her and complained, she said there is nothing I can do. So over all, I paid 72.00 to get a poor night's sleep and sparingly get back down the steps with no issues.

Scary location. Room with a view...of a burnt building, empty mildewy pool, broken sign. Room next to us was contained due to asbestos. Flat, hard pillows.

The new fluffy purple towels were unique.

The lady who checked us in was very friendly. Even though our reservation didn't show up she was still able to get us in a room. The bed was small for 2 people even though the reservation said king size bed. We were on ground level but we're unable to park directly in front of our room due to cones in parking spaces. Some vehicles were allowed to park there but not us. The guy who watered the plants was rude and should learn a little people skills.

Heating sucks have a space heater and the was here didn't work had ask for another bur still cold and while staying came across 3 roaches and not smoking kind

Electricity went out twice, so far. Extra heaters were brought in because of cold weather. Could not use our coffee pot / electric tea kettle without blowing a fuse with heaters and TV on at the same time.

There appeared to be bed bugs and other insects in the room. Outside was a drug dealer/user hangout. I was very disappointed with almost everything about this experience. I will not be reserving a room here again.

They were able to add on a friend easily.

I booked this room in advance hoping to get myself settled into a clean, safe, economy level room for the night while on a long road trip. When I arrived to check-in the walk up window area smelled like cigarette smoke, the parking lot was full of pot holes and the exterior of the building had not been kept up with very well. When I was walking to my room, I passed a room two doors prior to mine that had a "danger, asbestos" sign on the door. Though my room was arranged like the pictures online, once there in person you could see the carpet, paint and ceiling were a bit dingy. The room smelled of very strong cleaner (which is good to use cleaner, of course, but the super strong smell was off-putting). The mattress was extremely firm...you could probably bounce a quarter off of it. I enjoy a medium firm mattress, but this was way too firm. I expect an economy level room to be basic in amenities, but still fresh and comfortable. This was not that.

I liked that the room had a mini-fridge.

Pet hair, cock roaches, shower pan didn't drain quick enough, toilet stopped refilling with water (fixed myself), shower water handle fell off, sheets/blankets had holes and ink marks.

Water was warm, air conditioner cold, microwave worked, lights and tv worked. All I'm what I expected and happy with what I paid for it, would stay again despite the "what I didn't like category" because I also expected that and I'm a happy little clam.
