I have stayed at dozen of hotels. This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. Staff was very hospitable. Thank you so much. The rooms were clean and very comfortable.

It’s a tiny thing but we stayed in a wheelchair accessible room (not intentionally) but therefore the shower floor was all leveled. The water of the shower would splash all over the floor and one little bath mat couldn’t compete with all that water spread across the floor. So maybe a floor squeegee would be ideal for this room so after the shower you can clean up and go to the toilet later without getting wet feet.

We looooved it! It’s connected to a collective home for older citizens and everybody was so welcoming to us 30 year olds. We were a little worried we’d feel kind of out of place but we weren’t even the youngest hotel visitors. The hotel guests are very divers when talking about age. I also had a little cuddle with the sausage dog owned by the sweetest resident which was like a cherry on top for me. Staff was extremely welcoming (free apples and water in the room), helpful (we couldn’t make WIFI work and the guys helping wouldn’t stop until it was fixed) and everybody was so kind. Also, the garden is gorgeous. There’s so many beautiful plants, a cute terras with a fountain and even life sided chess. We loved that the hotel was our little get away after a long day in the city and always woke up to this sereen kind of mood of the hotel. The hotel is a short walk from the metro btw which makes the city accessible in 10 minutes.

A reasonable walk to the town centre. There was something a little “odd” about being in a building with no one else.

Spotless and bizarre! Attached to a rest home it was quiet and exceptionally clean.

i was not carefully read the description of the site so i have been surprised with that it senior living house with hotel. so the atmosphere was completely not family one but as an new experiment - positive-).

Entry with negative COVID test only. Masks are to be on policy. I had a very clean room. The location of the hotel was good. It is close to the tram station (easy access to Messe and City Center). Parking was in the price.

Daily covid test was not good. But I must say that it is important for other elder hosts located very close to the hotel. So for their sake its no problem. :-)

Nothing not to like.

Quiet location with spacious rooms, large windows and balcony doors fully opened to allow cool fresh air in. Reclinable beds were a plus. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Highly Recommend!

Finding the main entrance and reception to the hotel was a bit confusing for first-time guests in my case. I had a bit of a challenge turning the T.V. on and connecting the free WIFI also. Eventually, the connections remained perfect.

The serene atmosphere made my one night restful after a hectic day at the event I attended. The sound and taste of nature were a great asset to my stay. The facilities were good; most exceptionally the bed. It was very comfortable! The breakfast and service were excellent.

The hotel is located in a lovely quite area, not to far far from the Hannover Messe. The place is though a combined hotel and a nursing home which makes the stay a bit peculiar. The hotel part was very good.

the hotel is part of the elderly residential place and one has to take the covid test which is offered within minutes in the hotel with friendly staff .

-no A/C and there were flies coming over the window -speared beds they don’t have a king or queen beds

-clean -staff very helpful -we stayed for one night only (a stop on our way to Netherlands) it looks like a medical centre for mainly the old people
