We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesAll was excellent, I highly recommend this hotel. I might add that if you're planning to explore the castles, you may want to rent a car. There is a bus into Füssen, but then you'll need to coordinate your schedule around the bus. Plus, it's really beautiful driving around the area.
Really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Geiger. Fantastic location right on the Hopfensee, beautiful views if the sunrise on the mountains. Room itself was very spacious and comfortable and quiet. I really enjoyed the restaurant too, creative and delicious dishes. And the morning breakfast was excellent.

FranceParking is very bad.. Not enough spaces for guests. If no spaces then all street parking is pay for parking - ridiculous in such a small village.. This is no good.. Noise of agricultural traffic on the road is excessive.. Breakfast buffet is good but there were no cooked sausages (a small point but I love German sausages for breakfast)..

Awesome view from the lake and mountains! Many restaurants nearby that you can choose or dine at the property as well. A lot of parking options available, great place to walk around and relax, and close to Füssen. Room was very spacious.

GermanyMy complaints are only small and should be thought about in the context that I would definitely stay here again. For such a nice hotel the beds were a little underwhelming (ours kinda rolled apart at random and the pillows were average- but part of that is on us for not asking for help). The organisation at the front desk was a bit all over the place but again, I would give them a pass on that given the confusion everyone has about the corona reopening.
It’s a super location and the restaurant is amazing. Great sauna area but it is small (didn’t matter to me as no one else there). Great relaxing balcony with super views to the alps. Staff are really friendly. It’s not the cheapest place but for what you get it (especially the prime location) it isn’t exorbitant either.

United StatesBooking two rooms for the New Year Holiday with our children, we got two rooms on two different floors, one room was modern and upgraded, another one looked not attractive, with an old furniture and outdated lightnings. Only one light was working in the bathroom, other two were broken! To our big surprise one room had only one blanket and one pillow, what is nonsense then you are booking each room for two people. The person from the Reception brought one more pillow and the cover blanket, separate from the bedding, with no apologize! So, after 5 hours of driving to this place, we ended up of making our own bed! The mattress, pillows, towels are old and do not correspond to the description of the Hotel! We were staying there 4 nights, none of our towels or beds were changed during our stay! You have to be sitting on the bed carefully, within any movement it can split for two beds instead! Is no kettle or coffee machine in the rooms, each time if you would like to get a tea, you have to go to the restaurant and pay! In the end they did not provide the split bill for the restaurant. The bottom line is, the Hight priced Hotel should provide a way better Service and improve their skills toward their costumers!
Nice location, however is facing the main road and the city parking, what can be a big inconvenience during the summer holidays! Breakfast is ok, adding more variety of fruits could be a big plus! Staff is polite only to an extent that they have to!

The Geiger hotel is incredible, the facilities are beautiful and clean, the personnel is very polite and very helpful. The main suite is like a dream. The location is perfect and the breakfast, delicious. I will return to this beautiful place in the mountains and hotel as often as I can.
