How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

It was so sad to hear they do not serve the slipper. Un beleivable difficult to walk inside room without slipper
Location is perfect . Right in the city center. Just 450 mt walk to center station . You are able to reach everywhere from central station by metro

The heating was turned off after 1 am, and the room got cold.

- Nothing I just hope the cleaning thing will not be as early as 8am or so because I woke up like someone is already does this Vacuum thing on the Hallway and banging those doors.
- The place was really central. Lorenzkirche (U Bahn Station) is just a Minute away from the hotel. - Lots of good restaurants around the area. - Staff were friendly and nice. - The room was clean and we had a Bottle of water for free. - The Restroom was nice a little bit small on the area but never bothered me. It was clean too with condiments of mini Bottles of Shampoo, Bar soap and Body wash. 2 Options for Shower the Handheld shower and Rain shower and of course I love the Rain shower. - The Bed was not so my thing because its an Orthopedic type of bed and it’s hard for my back. - The breakfast was acceptable too with lots of fresh bread and the Croissant was really delicious. They also served Nürnberger Würstchen, Bacon, eggs and lots of varieties. If the breakfast is not included in your stay then you need to pay for 15€ per person per Night and I believe it is fair. - They only have one elevator and I am not sure if you can use the staircase. - The place was modern and if you want to explore Nürnberg by foot especially the shopping area and Old town with the beautiful Churches you might consider to stay on this property. sehr zu empfehlen!!!

There is really no free and easy parking in town, but that is not the hotel's fault.They made the best out of it.
Good location directly in centre town, good size room, modern interior. Most of all, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel provided parking tickets for the parking garage nearby for a reduced price. Shops, town attractions, market stands, restaurants, and the charming old city centre itself are all within walking distance.

They advertised that their reception was open until 8pm but it wasn't. We got an email a few hours before arrival telling us where to find the key. We wanted to pay on arrival but couldn't.

Hotel rooms can be quite small and basic. This place is right in the centre of town. My room was with the windows overlooking the main square and cathedral. And so close to everything. Just a few minutes' walk from central station and just up a side street - so quiet. A new and very modern place - very clean. Wish I could have stayed longer.

Beds could be a bit more comfortable, found them a bit hard. Mould around the shower tray sealant was a bit disappointing.
Didn't have breakfast, so cannot comment on that. Location was great and the hotel was lovely and quiet at night.

Not much not to like. Access a bit different as reception is upstairs and you have to find your way there. part of the "charm".
very neat and clean hotel right in the middle of the old town. walking distance to everything. facilities spotless and staff friendly. it's a tiny hotel built in a labyrinth between buildings but makes it interesting and quaint.

I wish there were a table and chairs in the room. Also our room had a balcony which is shared with the room right next. Luckily the next room was empty but we felt a bit uncomfortable to have a balcony to be accessible from aother room. Also when people smoke in the balconies upstairs, the smoke came into our room.
The location was great in the center of town and all the tourists attractions were accessible on foot including the central station. The bed was spacious enough for two people to sleep in. The room was comfortable and quiet as our room was facing the yard inside. The hotel was very communicative and there's nothing to worry when checking in.
