When we came back to the property one evening there were a group of men sitting in the stairwell which made us feel a little uneasy.

The property was really clean through and was only a short distance from the nearest tube station.

Everything was perfect, the flat was big enough for a 6 people group, we used the sofa as a bed and when we arrived it was already made and ready to be used, it has so many facilities like pan, pot, sugar, coffee, universal plug adapter, soap, shower gel, literally awesome. We got to the property late due to some setbacks and inconveniences that had nothing to do with the accommodation or EVEN LONDON, and Sally was there waiting for us and explaining everything, so patient and kind! Would recommend 100%.

Wifi wasn’t great upstairs - really could only get it at the top of the stairs nd not in the bedrooms.

Beautifully comfortable beds in a central London location. Area was safe and very close to public transport, or most attractions are within (longish) walking distance. Property has large rooms and a washer/dryer which was very handy for us.

We weren't expecting to be in a large unit complex, which we think is in the process of regeneration. BUT fairly quickly we realised it was safe and interesting place to stay which suited us perfectly.

The unit itself is very well set up, very clean and is in a super handy location for visiting all the sites of London. The area was a bit confronting for us at first but actually, it was a great insight into London life.

My sisters and I felt uneasy going through the park at night time but found a more "main road" route instead which was well lit. On arrival at first into the area of the flats I didn't like what I saw as I hadn't read up on the actual location. However you can only access the flats with a key fob and the whole area is pretty much families living there.

Location in terms of ease of travel into central London was fantastic. During the day it's a lovely stroll through a park to get to the flat and super easy to collect the keys from the shop. I had thought it might be noisy with kids but we didn't hear a peep from anyone. Once inside the property it's really lovely and clean. Lovely to open the windows as you're upstairs, the back overlooks a nice green space too. I had an excellent night's sleep each night. At night the flats are really well lit outside and there are two entrance options depending on which side you access the building from.

nothing much… some considerations for other guests, wasn’t really an issue for us. shower was over the bath tub and stairs. no parking. there is a lift, which makes it easier than carrying cases up 3 flights of stairs, but not the exact floor you need so you need to go up or down 8 or so steps.

close to transport, flat had everything we needed including washer, kitchen with all appliances etc. the bed was really comfy and the host was lovely and approachable. a short walk to a small supermarket, sainsbury but a bigger store a little further was the co-op.

The building and entrance are a bit off putting but the apartment is fine.

It is spacious and quiet in a residential area away from traffic noise. The beds are comfortable and the pillar fans in each room kept it reasonably cool on a very hot weekend. Picking up the key is straight forward and the clear instructions make it easy to find. It is very close to Mile End park and there is a lovely walk down the canal to The Thames. Easy to get a bus (205) from Euston. Took 15 mins to the ABBA arena on a no 25!

There was not a handrail on the quite steep stairs. There was a great deal of confusion getting the key for the property which was quite distressing after a long journey on a very hot day. There was a pair of old socks outside the front door when we left the next morning, I was concerned we were in a rough area.

The bed was clean and comfortable. The issue we had with getting access to the property was resolved with kindness.
