The only negative comment I have is that my room faced the Bergheimer Street. Wehn buses or trams pass it can be quite noisy for a moment. However, between midnight and morning, it is quiet.

The place is located perfectly close to Bismarckplatz, just a minute walk from the old part of the city. It was very clean and quiet inside.

The pillows weren't comfortable (way too soft, causing neck pain). I also had to fight a bit with the internet (adding Google's DNS in my laptop's settings to avoid using the provider's DNS solved the problem, but it took me a couple of days to figure that out).

The hotel was clean and the room was comfortable. It's in a good location, on the main street leading to the old town in one direction and to the train station in the other. Good price for the quality.

It was quite hot with no air conditionning but hopefully a fan. With opened windows it was ok at night but we were on the tram side of the guesthouse and it was noisy. Some rooms were on the opposite side of the tram road that would have been less noisy but we had 2 rooms on the road side. One of the room shower door was missing but no big a deal. Car parking was a challenge because we did not understand the rules for allowed or not car park on the side road

We only got one towel, and (as mentioned) no air conditioning. Opening times of the reception are very limited, so you cannot easily get advised and help if needed (you do have a phone number in case of problem). Check-in/check-out was quite easy however.

Very good bed, very good cushions. The room was good, there were no air conditioning but it was still doable even during a heat wave. Location is nicely located between the train station and the old city center.

The furniture in my room was made of wicker, which can be hard to keep clean and makes the room feel dated.

The hotel is in a very good location as it is close to the Neckar and Altes Stadt! Also, you need to use your key card to enter into the hotel, which made me feel very safe!

No breakfast served. The guesthouse has an elevator starting from a split-level (some 10 steps above ground level).

We booked a room but received a studio with a small kichenette at the third and top floor, which was great. The bathroom had a good size. Staff is only available in the morning. The guesthouse is centrally located at a short distance (approx. 200 meter) from the main road in the old town. Rooms were restful (we were at the back of the guesthouse). Several floors had small outside terraces available to all guests.

Everything we needed and desired for our stay in Heidelberg!!! Perfect...

This was a self catering apartment, spacious, less than 5 minutes walk from the Altstadt. Super.Supermarkets, cafes and the Hauptstrasse. Fantastic street so closeby.

Some rooms toward the main street might be a little loud. No free parking nearby.

Right in the centre of town. Very good facilities, Wifi, TV, kitchen/fridge. Some rooms with private balconies, and there are common balconies on the various floors available. We had a wonderful room (Thank you!) at the back of the building, but towards the street, rooms might be a little loud. Easy check-in via key box outside opening hours.

if it's very hot, which happens sometimes in Heidelberg, your only option is to open a window, and God help you if that window opens to the street. so much noise!

The setup of the room was a bit odd. With that amount of space, I would have expected a table. Would also have liked a larger bathroom.

This was a perfectly fine room for a night. Lovely that I could bring my dog, close to some places to eat and a great walk into town.

the location is awesome, so close to „Bismarkplatz“ station which is the city center of Heidelberg. I loved the cleanliness of the property.

Sometimes some noises from the street or from the wall. The desk light is a bit dim.

Clean rooms, nice staff, convenient transportation. If one arrives earlier, it's possible to hand in your bag or check in earlier when the room is ready. There is a little bar in the room with free oatmeals with milk.
