We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GermanyI had forgotten a razor to shave my face. Like most hotels, the staff was able to provide me with a shaver and a small tube of shaving creme. I was surprised and disappointed because the shaver they provided me was the cheapest and really not sharp enough to have a reasonable shave. There are also plastic razor versions from Gilette which are not expensive but do the shaving job. For a Relais et Chateaux hotel i expected a substitue razor with a sharp enough blade, but in this case it was the cheapest and most miserable quality substitute razor I have ever used from a hotel. During the shaving process I cut myself in multiple places on my face due to the poor quality of the blade and also the tube of shaving creme was also bad quality . Obviously this was an unhappy surprise and for a hotel in this price class, extremely disappointing.

Nothing I can say would do justice to how great the hotel was, the staff, basically everything! It was the first time for our daughters in the snow. The sleds were perfect for them to move around and enjoy. The food, the setting, everything was perfect! Special thanks to the Hotel Director Rolf Wernicke who was very friendly and helpful.
