pillow and blanket were sooo old that it’s just ridiculous also, you need to pay extra 10 eur deposit for sheets and another 10 eur for the lock on the locker

Toilets need to be cleaned more often.. many rooms at the hostel and few bathrooms.. to have code or key for lockers would be great also..

Rooms are nice and bigger than common hostels.. staff is friendly,, breakfast is really good but a little bit expensive.. l love big windows in rooms..

There was no air con, there was breakfast included but I didn’t feel for me that there was much options available. The toilets are shared with a lot of people who don’t look after it while they stay, so often the floor was soaked and smelt (this isn’t anything bad in the property but maybe something in place to help keep it clean would help)

The staff were friendly & funny, they felt authentic, people whom just be themselves and not care what people think; which I enjoyed as it gave the place more personality. The location is the best o could have stayed in, central to all the museums, clubs and restaurants, travel etc: Staff were fluent in English which eased my stay

Personally, the biggest problem I have with it is the rooms/bathroom. It's a hostel, so you're going to have to go in with lower standards than normal. If you get roomed with some frustrating people, then the overall experience is awful. However, if you get some better people, then the whole experience is elevated. It's entirely a roll of the dice. I'd say that if you're traveling with four or six people and can get an entire room for yourselves, then you'll be golden. But one or two people in a room of six can be unpleasant.

My go to place to stay in Berlin. Yes, it's a hostel and you will share a room with several people; but that's the fun of it all. The hostel is right in the heart of Berlin, walking distance from anything and everything you need. And if you need to go anywhere further, then you're close to the U-bahn, trains, and strassebahn. And on a lazy night, the bar is always packed with interesting characters and fun bartenders.

the room smelled bad because theres no AC and window has a small opening. The beds defenitely need to be renewed and especially those worn out pillows and sheets, even the matress. They didnt look sanitary.

The beds were quite noisy and the pillow was uncomfortable. The room was quite hot.

The room and the bathrooms were clean and spacious. The location is good, right next to a S-bahn station. The price is affordable, the lockers were secure, just remember to bring your own padlock.

The check in process was rushed and often did not provide any details in terms of the facilities available, what you're entitled to and where & how to get help if needed. There was more of an emphasis on the checkout process. Secondly, the cleaning of the tea cups was not good and the fact that water used to mop the floors was drained on the same sink was disgusting.

The location of the hostel is in the central part of Berlin near the major sites and very accessible to public transport. The facilities are adequate including a lounge/bar area, kitchen area and spacious rooms however there was internet attenuation at times.

The location was little bit far from the center but it was a tram which was not to far from hostel-

The room was nice and the bed was good. Commen room was big and was many table that we can sit and worked with our laptops.

-Zero communication skills for the reception, when I came I didn't find a towel on my bed, so next day I asked about it in the reception and they gave it to me in the reception(I paid for it when I booked). -When I was leaving I was running to catch the train and went to make check out and he was like robot and asked me to bring the bed sheet to the reception which is weird because no one told me before, I went the 4th floor to bring to him while I was running. -The bed was not comfortable. -I will not go there again.

Hard to find an accessible electrical plug in bunk room for eight people. Only one plug was visible, over by the door, the few remaining were hidden by the bunk mattresses. Connecting to an adapter meant putting the bunks out from the wall 6+ inches. NOT handy at all.

The luggage storage at the reception is not safe. Noisy guests but that is not the fault of the staff.
