Pool bar service was poor. Staff spent most of their time at the top level. Trying to get their attention was difficult. A staff member should always be available, especially at happy hour. Other than that, our stay was very 😉

The airconditioners were very cold in the bathrooms next to the restaurant and pool. There were a few things like bottles etc that were lying around longer than should be. But all in all it was a nice stay and not much else went wrong for me.

I loved the pool - the staff at the pool bar were excellent. Breakfast had a lovely selection of European food as well as some thai food and treats, fruit and smoothies to try. We did the cooking course at the hotel, the cooking part was excellent - we thought that we would be buying the ingredients at the market - but this wasn't the case - i think this part of the tour is not necessary but all in all it was a great experience learning how to cook Thai food with the patient chefs. I appreciated the bamboo toothbrush in the room kits - i think this was a nice touch and sustainable. I would like to thank Oil for her help with check in, Cindy and Alvin (?) for my very efficient early morning check out, and to the drivers from the hotel who drove me there from the airport and back again, i would like to extend my appreciation.

Our swim up pool access room had musty/moldy smell throughout our stay. We had to keep window/door open most times and sleep with the balcony door open at night to ventilate the unpleasant smell. Which was mostly ok except sleeping in the morning was a bit difficult due to noises from outside.

Loved swim up pool, friendly and helpful staff Great location, very friendly and helpful staff. Great customer service. Pools were super clean. Clean rooms. We had a pool access room that loved. Nice pool bar.

The lighting in the room was a bit too dim, especially in the bathroom. One downside of staying in Patong is that you do need to catch a taxi to visit a nice beach, Patong beach is not worth it unless you're doing water sports such as jet ski, hence it would be nice if the hotel provided a shuttle bus to a better beach.

Great hotel with a very good restaurant and exceptional breakfast, the room was spacious and cleaned on a daily basis. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel if you're staying in Patong area.

The wall outlets were somehow worn and lost contact easily. The villa had high humidity maybe due to the location of the pools in the center of the complex and villa.

The villa with own pool was spacious and had nice privacy, and gave daily access to the club lounge that offered free snacks and soft drinks. Breakfast was good and had many choices. It seemed to get crowded after nine o'clock. Personnel was kind and helpful.

Staff were not friendly at all. On entering no staff members greeted you at all. We had to greet them and ask how to check in and they seemed to look confuse. The bell boy took our bags and didn't give us a ticket and just left it lying around in the entrance unattended. The managers were all training new staff that were either from overseas such as China or Europe and most don't speak Thai which is a shame as the Chinese that served us had rude mannerisms. They need to train their staff with Thai manners too. It just seems like when you come up to the reception, they just stare at you not being attentative just or showcasing like they care. The bathroom needs a proper rack for wet clothes, a small wire next to the toilet bowl is not great at all if you're doing a number two or get gastro. Breakfast options, they need to get better Bacon as it tasted like plastic.

Good location, about 12 minute walk to Bangla pub street. Beds were very comfortable. The maid cleaned everyday. Great pool bar and happy hour rates. Bubbles Restaurant with buffet offers were great too. The breakfast also does have a great variety of options.

Many mechanical problems in the room, we had to have the engineer came over 3-4 times.

No proper balcony’s that you can sit or stand on unless you have a room with pool access, all other rooms have just a Juliet balcony, which wasn’t noted when booking - it says with a balcony. We also arrived two days later than booked and made the hotel aware well before that the dates had changed- they refused a refund for the two days which was fine & we understood, but then they hounded me for the new flights detail’s, obviously because they wanted to sell the room for the two days before we turned up, which was quite frustrating

the room, more specifically the quality of the air conditioning, being able to visit friends in other rooms of the time of my stay by simply swimming over to each room.

This is definitely not a 5 star hotel, the room was very small, very old and it’s smelled like mold. The pool is very small considering the hundreds of clients who were accommodated at this hotel. It is not valuable for the money we paid. Considering the many others options of accommodation in Phuket, next time we will choose another hotel.
