The only thing is the lack of AC in the summer.

Lived the room and the staff, breakfast was lovely. The location was fantastic. Only thing is in hot weather it would be tough without AC.

A lovely hotel- very hospitable and comfortable. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. The location is great - walking distance to many sights snd shopping and to get on hop on hop off buses. This our first stay but we love this area - Definitely will go again if there is an opportunity ❤️❤️. Nice rooms

Some details. The furniture in the room was vintage, but could really have been better quality and condition. The tea bags and cups provided in the room just don't work: gigantic tea bags for tiny cups, making a tea was really messy and you get a tiny amount or an overflow; no milk provided for tea. I had a single duvet cover for a double bed, which I feel is odd even if the room was booked for one person.

It's a very charming hotel, especially the bar/breakfast area, playing lovely jazz music. It really feels like you are in Agatha Christie's story from the belle epoque. The staff are very polite and helpful, the breakfast delicious, the bed very comfortable, the bathroom beautiful and the shower large and high pressure.

Loved the location. It was quiet and convenient to public transport. The Hotel was friendly and very comfortable. The bed and shower especially good. Breakfast had a great selection. We were able to safely leave our bags at the beginning and end of our stay which helped a lot.

Colour of the room, Pale pink, could be a warmer feel.

Very well situated for shopping, travel to other parts of the city due to it's close proximity to rail and underground. Characterful room. The bedding looked a bit light weight, but the duvet was warm in use. Nice bathroom.

Nothing comes to mind. There was nothing to fault.

The breakfast was good and catered for all tastes and was well presented. The room was, some would say on the small side, but was clean and tidy and suited my needs. The location was ideal being within a short walk the Kaiser .- Wilhelm - Gedachtniskirche and good transport links.

Not a big deal but very long walk to the room. Nobody mentioned option to take the front staircase ending directly at the room. Little bit of mold in shower caulking.

NIce Old Building and Room with very high ceiling. Nice Illy espresso maker with free espresso capsules. Comfy bed, water bottle included. Friendly reception.
