The reception area is quite cold and noisy due to the architecture of the area.

Beautiful and highly functional room, well-equipped with great views on the runway. Comfortable bed. Superb bathroom. Sound proofed room. Perfect hotel for sleeping over at the airport.

The staff was incredible. Everyone! The room was incredibly comfortable, clean, big, silent. Super nice bathroom too. It was all amazing. Every single detail is very well thought of. Amazing stay. Also just a few steps from the airport. I didn't even need to put my jacket on to get there.

We had to access our room through a conference in progress which felt intrusive. Also the breakfast prices charged to my credit card were over the top.

I wanted to watch in my room the the matches of the quarter final of the Champions League. I asked the reception in which channel I may see it, he said that he doe not know and that was the end of story. He did not try to help me, to suggest a sport bar nearby, etc. Once in Hilton, the staff referred to you as a guest, in this interaction I felt as if I'm a stranger and not a guest. I personnaly, when someone ask this or other question, I really try to help him, even though there no commercial relations between us.

Breakfast was excellent, nice view, very comfortable seats, careful staff, good quality of food, very good coffee even though it was from a machine.

Signage to and in the hotel. Hard to find entrance. Once inside, hard to find the elevators, which are unmarked in any way. Hard to find way back to the airport.

Location right inside the airport premises. Newly-built room, tastefully-furnished, comfortable. Bathroom was correct 4-star, but on the small side. Bed area, TV, easy chair, table, were all lovely.

The refrigerator was full of things to purchase and we had a few items with us to keep cool for our consumption. Then the refrigerator locked so we couldn’t get at our items

Beautiful hotel and very close to Terminal 2 where our flight wives and departed. Room was spacious and very clean. Checked in was a breeze and reception staff friendly and efficient. We had an early morning flight the next day hence did not have breakfast at the hotel. Overall, very nice stay.

Everything was perfect. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The bed was perfect. The shower was indulgent. The breakfast was excellent, fresh, and varied. The hotel is really close to the airport, within walking distance. Perfect for a night close to the airport.
