There isn’t available parking and the mattress are quite old and hard, but is okey for a holiday stay.

The place has great location. If you’re staying in the apartments at the see side you can see the beach exactly in front of you. Very clean.

I'm not a critical person, I adapt to everything, but a studio apartment with bedroom and kitchen together, the refrigerator must be quieter, when I'm on vacation I want to rest well. Low cost, maximum yield for the next customers.

This apartment is in a beautiful strategic position in Corfu, on foot you can reach all the most beautiful beaches and cliffs of Kassiopi and in the evening the city center, small and quiet, but with lots of restaurants and pubs at your disposal. I will be back!

Everything was great

AMAZING!! Our apartment was perfect. The room had a sea view and it had all the facilities. We stayed for 2 weeks and it was a perfect stay here. The house is located in the center of Kassiopi and the sea and the beach are just 10-20 meters from the door. It felt as if we had our personal sea! The location is very safe, it is calm, but very close to everything: bus stop is within 1 minute walk, shops are within 1 minute walk from it. The apartment was very nice and cosy, the kitchen is just the right size with everything you might need. The room was cleaned every 2 days, Konstantina was very helpful with all questions we had. The city of Kassiopi is just charming, I would totally recommend coming here and staying in the Kalamionas apartments

Would have liked a bath as well as a shower. Buses were on time but not allowed to stand and often full already.

Poor WiFi connection. No plug in kitchen sink.toastie machine not working. Loose drain in shower. Hard beds. Towels only changed once in a week.Bins only emptied twice.Dark in kitchen.

Perfect location: a beach is just outside of the accommodation; the beach was nice and not super full with people. The apartment was good as well - spacious, the kitchen had everything that was needed, it was clean, etc.

The only niggle about the apartment were the mattresses which were not particularly comfortable (but not terrible so don’t let it put you off!)

The whole vibe of this apartment was relaxed and nice. The location was perfect for us. We had dinner on our balcony overlooking the bay and spent the days on the nearby beaches (10 minute walk to absolute paradise locations) or on boat trips. The apartment itself was simple but nice and practical. The kitchen was VERY well equipped so we were able to cook at home. The owners were friendly and quick to respond to any requests (for example when the neighbour left their door open that was banging in the wind) and the other guests were kind too.

Location was brilliant, apartment was lovely , literally through the garden and you were on the beach. Unfortunately this time we didn't have a sea view one, but maybe next time. Location is very quiet but is just a few minutes walk from the square.

The location was excellent, probably one of the best bathrooms I have come across in a Greek apartment. The cleaning service was good. No complaints about anything.

Absolutely NOTHING!!!

If I could give Kaliomanas a higher score I would! I absolutely loved it, so much I managed to get 2 more days in this idyllic place!! Konstantina and all the staff, from cleaning to office, were fantastic, and nothing was too much trouble. The location is probably what stole my heart, and the easiness of everything, from the moment I arrived to the moment I left. I rented a moped from Cassius in the village, if you want to really explore and enjoy all this beautiful and special place and area of Corfu has to offer, it's a must!! I didn't want to leave, and already talked with Konstantina about coming back next year! So for now efcharisto Konstantina and hope to see you next year! Have a great rest of season! It would be very useful if the apartments were providing small deckchairs or foldable chairs for the beach - renting a set of two deckchairs, umbrella and a small table on the beach costs €9 per day.

The location is perfect, just on the beach with a close proximity to a supermarket, restaurants and Kassiopi centre. Our apartment was well equipped and cleaned twice during our 7 day stay; towels and bed linens were changed once. The rooms are equipped in air-conditioning - free of charge ;)

excellent location next to the beach and in the village, however it is in a very quiet area. I would repeat for sure. i could bring my morning cup of coffee to the beach before anyone else was there.
