The staff at the reception are friendly but slow. It took quite some time to check in. Parking is also very expensive (10 Eur per night).

The room was spacious and clean. The hotel is very close to CentrO (the mall) and Neue Mitte (bus line to the main station).

In all honesty i think more light in the room would have been possible. we only had one lamp in the corner and the bedside lamps, which were not enought to light up the room. One downside was that in the early mornings I heard someone sanding wood? It sounded like that and it woke me up, so i would have preferred if we were informed on possible maintenance.

The rooms was really spacious and the beds were super comfy. Everything was also super clean and the staff is super nice. They were also very helpful (as we had car issues and were waiting for the adac). 10/10 would book again

we had a nice room with the possibility to make our own coffee or tea, that was an extra. Good beds, good breakfast. Plus the fact it is across the road from the mall and christmas market, that was perfect!

The room was a bit cold and did not have a waterboiler and tea/coffee. Last time we stayed there we had all that in the room so I missed that this time.

Entrace of the room very small. A child buggy is difficult to be placed in the room. The toilet water was dripping 24/7.

Check in process, not a lot of hospitality. I was to early at first which I understand. The colleague at the reception looked really bored/ annoyed. She kind off expected me to go away while i still had some questions and you saw she wasnt really interested so it was very awkward. Afterwards I cameback for the check in with a male colleague which was a world of difference.. there could have been more enthusiasm overall. Also the parking costs, as the costs for parking at Centro is for free.

Breakfast en the colleagues of the breakfast are really good! They had everything and they really restocked it well. Loved the cheery elfs theme! Also the room is perfectly fine, bathroom was larger then expected.

Our room was quite bare. No wardrobe, no minibar, no coffee machine/kettle and no safe.

We wanted to visit Westfield CentrO for some shopping and to see the Christmas markets. This hotel is at the perfect location to do so, since it's only a few minutes walking away. The bar downstairs is well priced and open 24/7. Room wise, the bathroom is great and the beds were comfy (even if the pillow was a bit soft for me). The staff was nice and helpful, just great overall.
