We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

A great location, not far from the centre of Osnabrück, with a very regular bus service to the city centre (day and night) located just outside the front of the hotel. Arrived extremely late, but the out of hours access is very easy (let them know in advance). The room was of a decent size and the bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was excellent as always!

NetherlandsI missed having am electric kettle in the room to make tea before bed. It's not a must and just something that I appreciate. Also, complimentary shampoo and a conditioner would've been much appreciated - the hair and body wash leaves my hair dry and unmanageable. I understand why this is not provided, though. All in all, we had a very nice stay!
The hotel was perfect for a stay of two nights. It is located within a 10' drive for the city centre (Markt, St. Petri Dom, etc). The room was very comfortable and the beds great. We didn't visit the spa but there's one and there's also a restaurant. This was a very nice surprise. The first night we were tired from the trip and decided to have dinner and an early night. The food was delicious and very well prepared with good quality ingredients. The waitresses were extremely nice too. Kuddos to them.
