We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Neat and tidy room. The hotel location is superb and accessibility from railway station is the added advantage. Breakfast spread was excellent and the staff were receptive and helpful. The concierge service was pleasing and excellent.

GermanyOnly minor thing was that they asked us to ring reception if we wanted our room cleaned. This makes sense to me but it wasn’t really obvious when we checked in.
Breakfast was excellent and the view from the room was stunning. Our room was also super quiet and the sauna and steam room were excellent. The Legends bar and the Grissini restaurant were also excellent

NetherlandsJust two small points: The phone line in the room was faulty. When we call reception it was really difficult to hear them. Also shower could be Abit better. The showerhead needs Abit clean up cause water goes to different direction and causes leack outside shower.
Clean hotel with specious rooms. Has water boiler for tea and coffee, iron and ironbtable, and of course all the other details that most of the hotels have. Our room had both bathtub and shower.Nice reception and concierge staff. We used room service and was really nice food and presentation

BulgariaWe constantly had to ask for hygiene products (douche gel, shampoo, etc.) as they were only providing 1 bottle (30ml). I have long hair and we’re two people in the room. It was uncomfortable to always ask for those basic stuff.
The hotel is spacious, well managed and has a lot of on-sight facilities. The room is also very well equipped with an iron, hair dryer, small fridge, desk. The view to the cathedral is amazing! The location is great - you cross the bridge and you’re in the center, yet it’s nice and quiet. The bar downstairs serves amazing Moscow Mule! 👌

The location and staff were perfect. Overall facilities were good too. We went with our pet (9 year old Labrador). We all had a great stay for sure.
