Location really good - close to all major attractions

Property was well located 10 minute walk to train station and close to several of the main attractions. Breakfast was good and served in the room. Staff were very pleasant and the room was very clean but very small.

Everything met our expectations! A bit messy behind the lift but had no impact on our stay,

Totally enjoyed this accommodation! Complimentary glass of Prosecco upon arrival. Breakfast delivered each morning. Rain shower! Georgia greeted each morning with a smile. Well located!

The hotel is located within a floor of a building so seemed strange when trying to find it. The breakfast options are limited, some more hot options would be good.

The hotel is located about 10 mins from the train station which is great and easy to access. It is also about 10-15 mins from the Trevi fountain and easy to walk to other tourist spots in Rome. The shower is really excellent and the beds very comfortable, particularly after a long day exploring Rome on foot! The breakfast lady is very friendly and welcoming and is an asset to the hotel.

Communal Area in the building leading up to the apartments was somewhat shabby, faded glory, needed some TLC. Bathrobes advertised in the listing but none at the property, not one TV station in English.

Photos made the room look bigger, the toilet was super small and you couldn't sit on it properly without banging your knees. The shower was in the bedroom which wasn't clear on the advert either. You could hear everything that was going on outside the room and the people next door when they walked around, when staff arrived in the morning you could also hear them. Thankfully everyone was courteous and respectful of this, so noise wasn't too bad. If guest were to have a lay in the noise might be an issue, but as we were up by 8am every day wasn't a problem.

Staff were great, room was cleaned to a high standard, location was excellent, comfortable bed, lovely breakfast, all the amenities we needed. Great coffee and fabulous recommendation for a nearby restaurant which we loved.

The only little niggle was that we would have liked 2 key cards so we could pop out separately and let ourself back in without disturbing the other. Electricity goes off if the key card is removed from room. But this was not a major issue!!

We were in the first room, across from the door to the communal hallway. It was impossible to sleep through people coming and going through the heavy door, with the head of our bed on the other side of the hallway wall

The shower was leaking, the toilet was very small, so little uncomfortable, but overall it wasn’t such a bad thing.

The location was amazing, everything was by walking distance. The breakfast was very nice. Cleaning lady was very friendly.

The bathroom. There is not door for the actual shower and toilet itself. The toilet is too small and the shower kept water would leak past the door and into the room

The tv was really big, infront on the bed and had Netflix on the tv. Breakfast was great and simple the staff were super friendly and attentive.

The room lacks privacy, as there is no door between bathroom and bedroom. Due to bad isolation you can easily hear things happening in the room next door. Shower is leaking outside and toilet area is too small for a person. Generally, it was not a big deal, but it is definitely not a luxury stay, as it is flagged in the name.

Location is perfect for getting around the city. Stuff was very kind and supportive. Ladies cleaned our room each day of our stay and help us out to get a taxi to the airport on our way back. Breakfast was brought into the room and it was really tasty, in line with expectations.

Air conditioning not working when you are not in room, so when you arrive, is tremendously cold. Shower is in front the bed, so little bit uncomfortable. No 24 hours reception despite is mentioned in booking.

Quiet place, yet with good central location close to the train station and most attractions. Very friendly staff, thorough cleaning and fine breakfast served on time in the room.

Bathroom not best layout, we're small people so not a big problem. But shower always leaked out and the toilet room was way too tight, I had to sit sideways. Little hard to find to find the hotel too.

The location was great. Marco is extremely helpful in guiding us as to where and how to get places. Georgie fixed breakfast each morning, per our order, and cleaned the rooms, such a sweet girl. Clean and bed very comfortable. Location, location...very convenient.

Location was great. Bed & pillows very comfortable. Staff member Georgia was very friendly delivering breakfast to room every morning. Very helpful when I had any questions. Would stay here again if visiting Rome again

Rooms are slightly small and no outside area but can’t argue at the price, it was definitely value for money and I would stay again.

Location was perfect, walking distance to most sights and also a few minutes from the subway if you didn’t want to walk! Staff were lovely, very quiet hotel and enjoyed the breakfast.

There was no 24hr front desk. We met someone when we arrived and after that we saw no one only the cleaner . We could only leave our suitcases there until 1 o'clock as the cleaner was going away after that and no one could leave us in to the building, also you couldn't stay in the small lounge you had to vacate the building at 10.30am and our flight wasn't until 9.30pm which meant we were out in 38 degrees heat with our suitcases. It is something booking .com should look into as they advertise a 24hr front desk which certainly isn't the case here.

Location 15 mins from all attractions. Breakfast delivered to room by friendly helpful staff . Rooms were cleaned every day. Very comfortable bed .
