We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GermanyBreakfast: In general, immense selection. For vegetarians, the buffet was good, but not excellent. And some decisions were questionable, e.g. having 3 different kinds of honey, but no veggie spread or veggie alternatives in the "warm buffet", the fruit selection was above average, but here I would like to see even more, in my eyes fruits are underestimated for breakfasts. The omelet was good, but not special. The tea was great, coffee average. Bread and buns are near to perfect in my eyes Dinner: Good, but again for veggies not too exciting. Room and view: Really good. My girlfriend would have liked differences between shampoo and soap, but there was none. Spa Area: Just great! Staff: Really friendly.

There was everything we needed: perfect restaurant, great night bar, nice staff, a beach, swimming pool, even a separate restaurants with fish etc. Just great, one of our favourite place on Ostsee.

Every room has a view looking over the marina, we had a nice balcony and there were places to easily park and lock up our bikes. It was nice to be out of the hustle and bustle of Boltenhagen and enjoy the harbor.

GermanySauna opens only after 13:00 and the guests are not allowed to use spa area without paying extra on the day of checkout. They don't mention it clearly, so you learn it only when you ask the staff after breakfast. Check out is at 11, which essentially makes the spa/sauna area useless if you stay for 1 night only.

GermanyAlthough they seems to be quite a large number of restaurants staff on the floor unfortunately they don't have a high stardards of training and skills let's say it...The bottle o water you don't just drop it on the table (customers are paying for that) you serve it, pour it into the glass...The wine when is a couple you don't give to the lady to test it...it was a certain level of careless in some situations (I don't want to say rude) and that put a bit of shadow on the general impression. Once again, the hole experience was great only if somebody from the management can look into the some of the staff attitude and their ability to deal with some requests
The location is great, whit beautiful view from our room to the bay area. Spa team is fantastic, and the reception team as well they did their best to fulfill our requests and for that we thank you! The Fine Art restaurant is really nice,with a well balanced menu and the quality of food is top! In regards of staff...I will write couple of words in the "not nice" section,unfortunately.

GermanyThey had a new cleaning contractor who was not quite into the job yet. Cleaning stuff was forgotten in the room, and they also overlooked cleaning the balcony. We however mentioned this to management and they reacted immediately and had the mistakes corrected. They were also very professional and friendly at it.
We had a room with balcony, overlooking the marina. It was great, the view was more enchanting every evening. 3 Course dinner in the restaurant was excellent. We went there more than we originally planned! The wine selection was small but of good quality, we knew it didn’t matter which wine we took, they were al good. Breakfast was of excellent quality. the only problem was the design of the buffet. Being situated in the corner, the flow of guests was too slow, so there were always qeues. If they can solve this problem they would get 100% from me!
