I can only think of one thing: most rooms have a small desk. But nobody writes anymore, iPads, notebooks etc. But no power outlet close to the desk. As this was not the first time, I luckely had an extension cord with me.

It's a nice small family hotel, the staff is very though full. Food was excellent!

Too short a time to stay!

Exceptional location with views of the high Alps. Cute little village with minimal vehicles allowed (access by train only. Close access to spectacular hiking trails. Staff terrific, great food.

Martina was personable and accommodating, offering many helpful suggestions for enjoying all that the area had to offer. Simone was a wonderful server, very professional, and also provided many useful area recommendations.

The staff here was excellent! We got delayed but they were super accommodating for self-check-in (and actually ended up staying late to meet us when we arrived). The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast room and social space on the main floor were clean and welcoming. The view of the Alps from the room was a lovely bonus!

Scrambled eggs or some cooked food for breakfast would have been nice. Other than that I have no complaints.

Very friendly staff. Beautiful location with breathtaking views of the nearby mountains. Good sized room, very clean. I'm happy I chose to stay in this small village, it's not nearly as full as Grindelwald for example.

Location convenient to the centre of Wengen and the train station. Did not have breakfast as had to leave early.

I thought the bed pillow was uncomfortable because it was lumpy and felt hard. There’s no A/C but the air cools nicely at night. I just didn’t feel comfortable leaving the doors to the balcony open as there are no screens.

The location was just a bit away from the business area which was great. It was quiet and the view was beautiful. There is a restaurant on the premises that provides a great breakfast. They are also open for dinner and specializes in fish, including local lake fish, which is delicious!

There is a hidden switch on the hair dryer. I couldn't dry my hair and had to sleep with wet hair. More signs or instruction should be given through email or beside the hair dryer.

We had a perfectly gorgeous view from the balcony in our room. Walking everywhere was easy. The owner/ manager was most helpful about hikes to take and places to visit.
