It is very strange that there is no direct and convenient connection from the airport. In practically all arrival options, you need to change to another bus or subway. If you want to reach the hotel conveniently or your arrival is late at night, you need to rent a car or order a taxi. I can mention that I didn't expect the room to be so small :) If you are planning a long-term stay (and not a tourist, but more relaxing vacation), then I would recommend other options, with large rooms, balconies, more services (eg swimming pool, etc.). But if you are a tourist coming to explore Berlin for several days and need a hotel for a short stay, this hotel is definitely perfect.

I liked the excellent location of the hotel - near the main street, full of shops, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. There is a metro and bus stop nearby. We spent three nights here - really comfortable, safe place, clean rooms, comfortable beds. Also very helpful and great staff. I can't rate the hotel's food, because we didn't order it - it's more interesting to try the food of local cafes or restaurants, the choice of which is really large.

I loved the location right next to the underground so getting around was easy. The breakfast was also excellent and well balanced with non-dairy options.The room was clean and comfy.

The bathroom door was frosted rather than solid. I would have preferred it to be opaque.

The hotel is close to the metro station, and it is only few stops to places of interest. Room was quite small, but did the job. Breakfast was fine, but there is also a cafe over the road that does breakfasts and sandwiches etc, which we used a couple of times.

1. During the day the construction noise was somewhere near the room aaalll 3 days long. We needed to attend some meetings online, and it was really hard to focus, listen, and speak because of this noise. 2. The noise is also outside of the building. It looks like it is because of the shop around the corner. 3. The mattress and pillows are not the best :( the neck hurt in the morning :( 4. The shower was strange: one moment it was cold, the next one it was extremely hot. Also, the room didn't even have cups or glasses, a fridge, not even facial towels, just 1 bath towel per person.

Location, breakfast was good, the room was clean, staff friendly and nice.

When we check in, one of the workers smelled funny. The bed wasn't very comfortable. It wasn't any restaurant at the facility. Small rooms.

I liked the place because of the location. Also I did like because of restaurants near by. The working staff was friendly. And everything was easy.

The Room was really quite warm and the thermostat in the room did not seem to do anything. Yes, the window could be open but this being a capital city and on a main street could become quite loud. This could be since the air conditioning was disabled in winter/spring.

Room design is very pretty, beds are very comfortable. The shower is spacious enough. The facility felt safe and welcoming and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. They allowed us to rent a Hot Iron and an ironing board for free (with a deposit of 20Euros) which is fantastic. The Hotel itself is in a very very good location which allows reaching almost every attraction in under half an hour.

There was someone working with a hammer in the next room at 8am. I told it to the reception and the second day there wasn't any problem.

Location next to metro and supermarket Electric car charging was available on premises free of cost, however parking was at 15 eur per day. Room was decent, functional.
