The location which is within a reasonable walking distance from most of the city hot spots. Breakfast - super tasty and with really good choice of food as for a 3* hotel. Self service longue available 24/7 with snacks, beers, soft drinks etc.

The pillows were very lumpy and hard. The shower gel was finished in the shower and when asked to refill it, they said they would but didn’t.

This Ibis hotel is just exactly what is needed to explore the city centre of Berlin. It's so close to the commercial heart of the city and some interesting museums. Great location and connections with the rest of the city. Brilliant idea with the fridge with all the 'essentials' at the reception. Friendly and helpfull staff. Really handy with available parking space.

I chose this hotel because they have air conditioning in the rooms. Unfortunately the air conditioning did not work for the 7 days we were there. The excuse is that it is broken. I believe it was not broken. They were simply closed to save electricity.

We really liked the parking availability, snacks and drinks and close to metro station. Only 30 euros for 2 days for safe parking. One of the cleaners opened our door without telling them to enter. We directly told a staff member and they took it very seriously. It was lovely.

I was astounded that there was no tea/coffee in the room but on reading the hotel information online it said that there were tea/coffee facilities downstairs which could be taken to the room. Imagine my horror to discover that one had to pay for coffee /tea, it was not part of the package of staying. First time I’ve encountered that in any hotel….not a happy bunny…..

I don't mind a hanging rail in lieu of a wardrobe, but I would have preferred drawers or a cupboard for storing our smaller items of clothing. Rather than have my underwear stacked and on display I had to leave it in the suitcase

Very friendly and helpful staff - one of our toilets developed a nonstop flush. We were swiftly moved to an alternative room without any fuss. Location was excellent, very near the U-bahn station and plenty of shops and eating establishments. Despite it clearly being a busy hotel, it was also very peaceful. We all enjoyed undisturbed sleep.

Booked 2 rooms. Unfortunately, one room had a slight smell of urine, which shoud have never been overlooked (oversmelled?) by the cleaning staff. I believe this was a random exception and I would come stay here again. Also, in the digital age of today it is a little boring to fill out registration forms with a pen - when all the data is already on the ID that had to be provided.

Very good. Rooms were exactly as you would expect from ibis - compact, comfortable and clean. Great location - city transportaion hub nearby. Staff was helpful and professional. Check in was fast and the receptionist went through all the steps patiently. I didn't have breakfast, but all the products there looked tasty and the area well kept.

The bed was not a queen, but two separate beds were put together, and they kept sliding apart.

We liked everything - the location, the staff, facilities... it's very close to the U Bahn, lots of cafes, restaurants, shops etc in the area. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Would stay here again.

Everything was clean except some small stains on the wall behind the cable of the hairdryer. A card in the bathroom said that they would only wash our towels if we put them on the floor to save water, but we got new towels regardless every day

Check-in and check-out were super quick. We only stayed there to sleep, so it didn't matter that the room was very small. The bed was big enough for two average sized people to sleep in (about 1,40m by 2m)

I’ve been to a number of Ibis hotels and they’ve always been pristine clean. So the cleanliness issues in my bathroom were a bad surprise. It was nothing too major, but a couple of things had gone unnoticed by the cleaning personnel. Also, the room temperature regulator didn’t seem to work and I was a bit cold.

The hotel staff was very nice and friendly! Breakfast was decent, there were also a couple of warm options and you could definitely get your stomach full. Location was good - the area felt safe, was quiet enough and had good public transport connections.

If you are more interested in exploring north or east Berlin the location may not be the best, however the metro outside is very handy. Room storage is not too great, however perfect for a short stay.

Location is great for West Berlin. Classic city hotel with everything you need and nice staff. Good value for money too. Also there is a busy metro station just outside which is very convenient, also next to the biggest shopping department store in whole of Europe!
