Advertised modern bathroom but was just a shower in what basically a closet. Pillows were terrible, most uncomfortable pillow I've ever had.

Good location, easy walking to berlin wall and Brandenburg gate and transport options.

The checkout time was at noon, but at 10 am the service people knocked at my door despite the sign informing them not to be disturbed before checkout.

The room was clean and contained the main facilities that one needed. The location was superb with easy access to both the U-Bahn and the S-Bahn and close to lots of interesting attractions in Berlin. The staff was very nice and service minded and made you feel very welcome. The checkout time at noon (12 pm) was also very convenient.

The room isnt super clean, its very small. The walls are rough on the inside. There was no place to put clothes other than 3 hangers, no chair, no bin in toilet and no hand towels were given. Everything is locked tight in the room and you must make a deposit to borrow the hairdryer. Beds were reeeealy thin and hard.

The location was great and check in and out were super easy.

Shower is not private. No where to get dry or dressed unless in small, wet shower or in the room in front of other guests. Pillow is terrible. Beds are very hard. Did not sleep well. Bunk bed above the main bed is low and hit head several times. Door to outside area locks and you have to go through other hotel or around the block to get back inside your hotel. No kitchen to prepare meals or even get hot water to make tea/coffee. They tell you to go to rival hotel (Novotel) and use their bar instead. Cleaners just walk into rooms in the mornings. Was woken up at 8am by cleaner coming into room

3rd bunk bed over the double bed was clever planning, but inevitably I bumped my head on it.

Clean and comfortable, and in a good location. The staff member let me have a room way before checkin which was very helpful.

The pillows weren’t great. Small and uncomfortable.

Close to train station. 10 minutes walk to Checkpoint Charlie and Topography Museum. Luggage storage when we checked out early. Friendly staff.

Would’ve been nice to have outlets next to each side of the bed (we had an outlet only on one side).

Property in a nice location with good access to various public transport options, you can also walk to the city center in relatively short time. The stuff was also very pleasant and nice to talk to/help.

The hotel is not soundproofed, I could hear music, guests from other rooms and even the outside nonsense. I'm not sure if all room look the same, mine was a hospital room literally...I assume adapted for wheelchair users.

We arrived to a sheet on the top bunk not changed (granted we were only 2 so not using it) but still quite gross to look at used bandaids. Also definitely needed toilet paper top up about 3 times due to housekeeping not giving more when coming in the morning.

Small room but everything there what we needed. Clean. Fresh towels every day. Very good bed (hard mattress). Close to main sights. Good breakfast, always fresh vegetables, even at 9.45 am.

Perfect location, almost everything can be accessed by walk. The hotel is budget, and there are also no expectations about it. Small, minimal, does the job, and good value for money.

I will always remember the bunk bed. I don't know how many times I hit my head on it. As for the bathroom and washbasin in the room.... I've seen weirder solutions, so somehow it didn't bother me - I was alone in the room. For few people in a room it could be a bit of uncomfortable.

Hotel in a good location, close to U-bahn station, bus stop and many Berlin attractions. A supermarket, conveniance stores and several restaurants are also close by. Good breakfasts, although I think the dining room was quite crowded in the later hours. For a budget hotel a really good choice.

It could do with a small set of drawers. No hairdryer in the room but you can get one from reception for a 20 euro deposit. We also asked for 2 extra pillows.

The on-site parking was very limited and split between three hotels with no chance of a reservation. The rooms were smaller than expected and the beds very uncomfortable. They were extremely hard with no support for your back or hips.

Location was very central to the Potsdam area. We were able to walk to a lot of different museum and attractions like Checkpoint Charlie. The breakfast had a decent selection of items and beverages.
