having a functional Wifi from the start would have been good, if there had been anyone else on duty Im unsure it would have been resolved satisfactorily. No breakfast at all not even a grab bag was a disappointment.

The chap on the reception was phenomenal. mainly because the wifi di not work but he did some wizardry and got it going. we were also early but he found us a suitable room and we were able to relax. the chicken sold at the petrol station across the road was really good as there are no facilities at the hotel for eating. There was coffee machine i recall. Very little noise from the busy nearby road.

Everything. They treat you like you are not even human. They come to this country, built on the backs of my ancestors and treat us with no respect. Happily taking our money and I witnessed them overcharging several people including myself.

There was no breakfast. When I asked about coffee, they laughed at me. Rates fluctuated massively during the stay and although they have a posted late check out policy where you pay $5 an hour, they don't honor it and the second you are late, they talk to you like a dog and put you out. Then if you speak up for yourself they lie on you and put you on the DNR for no reason. Prostitutes and drug addicts crawling the place and a rude white man who is supposed to be maintenance but in everybody elses business.

The presentation of the hotel is horrible before I paid my money I asked to look at the room the room looked dirty it was it someone look like they started to clean it but you need a bad update on that hotel I don't know whether these hotels are probably old or what but it's not what I would want to stay in when I'm traveling and spending my money

That place needs to be updated the rooms are terrible the furniture is chipped the presentation of walking into the lobby is horrible someone needs to do something about that that's one of them fly by night places you take somebody and leave them I will never stay at one of your if people are traveling on a major highway above that hotel and when you stop there because you're tired you can't stay there because it's so nasty it just looks horrible

They gave our room to someone else, so we were told we were getting a room that didn’t have clean towels. We said that was fine - but the room actually hadn’t been turned over at all, had dirty shirts, a filled toilet, bugs all over the floor, and what appeared to be blood on the bathroom walls.

Cheap and 24/hr check in. Convenient and off the highway.

I loved how their was one piece of art work in our room from a piece of gum on the ceiling +1 star i also liked the complementary used floss and cigarette coupons in the drawer+1 star. I think my favorite part tho was the easy access because there was no lock so we used a chair as one and got to sleep by highway sounds and a loud Spanish guy knocking and singing us lullabies out side of our room+1 star. So overall this is a perfect 5 star hotel

There was a lot of people walking around the parking lot. It appears there are people who live there. I called to notify them I didn't feel safe there and I wasn't going to get out my car to check in.
