No utensils in the room. At least a couple of glasses for drinking would be good. Not very spacious breakfast area, a bit crowdy.

Good location, within walking distance from many attractions. Clean, comfortable. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is good enough. The rooms are quite small, yet enough for a short stay.

The cleaning staff came at 8.15 in the morning, knocked on the door once, and immediately after entering the room. Too early in the morning to clean, I would say... On check out day, they also wanted to clean the room at 8.30, despite the check out time being 12.00.

Only few options for dinner (pre-cooked pizza), but it was OK to ask for delivery and there were also decent dinning options on the surroundings. Bar was good enough (beer and drinks).

The Ibis is far enough away from the hussle and bussle of the centre but close enough to reach by a short walk. Staff on thw whole where very friendly and accomodating, except on arrrival, l found one member of staff disinterested and rude. The hotal was very clean Rooms are clean, cosy and comfortable.. Regular linen changes which is always bonus! Would definately book here again!

The personnel in the reception was rude, the room on the first night was not prepared for the third person (the sofa was not open, and no sheets were available). Although i mentioned i travel with young kids, the bathroom was not kid friendly (the kids could not reach the soap and they did not even leave a soap bar, neither a step).

Couldn't check in until 3pm which was not ideal. The not real double bed wasn't great or the comfort of the bed.

The staff weren't overly friendly and when I asked to store our bags as we werent leaving until the evening I was told I couldn't as the luggage rooms were full. The guy on reception seemed almost annoyed when I asked this as his comment was"I have been asked this all morning". Also the bar man tried to over charge us for beer a few times. The bed was comfortable but the room was very small.

Didn’t have flask to boil water. There were no gym facilities.

Rooms are new & clean. The cleaners cleaned the room and change the towels everyday. Customer service was also friendly & helpful. Hotel serve good beer and pizza. Location was near to the Central Area, about 10 minutes walk.

The warmth of the room without it being too hot. Also the bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was really really good too. The bar was comfortable too and meant I could have a local Hamburg beer without having to venture out in the cold !

The room was cold, there wasn''t a way to make it warmer cause the conditioner worked automatically as they set it. There wasn't a toothbrush. No towel dryer. The noise from the street.

Check in was quick and easy. Staff were very helpful and friendly. I stayed 3 times in 2 weeks. Different room each time, but the facilities were always good, clean and comfortable. Very comfortable beds... Not too hard or too soft.
