They added a new parking fee for some of their parking spots. I chose this home before due to its more comfortable parking situation, but due to the extra costs I know will switch back to my previous hotel.

The location was difficult to get to - needed multiple bus/tram/train changes to get there from the airport (especially due to staff strikes). Only fast food and a diner to eat food at.

The room was clean and there was enough of space. There was a fan/heater so we were able to dry our clothes fairly quickly (after getting drenched in torrential rain). Expensive tea at reception for half a cup.

I travelled by my son, but we get a bed for a lovers. We would like a room with two separate beds. We are two people, and would like two separate beds. That was very incorrect giving us one double blanket.

Far from everywhere, although when we woke up there was a flee market next to the hotel, nice surprise!

Nice, calm and quiet. Rooms are clean and tidy, bathroom was ok, stuff was very friendly, breakfast excellent.

I found it overpriced for the small room they offer and while it was looking very clean, my cat proved the opposite, bringing on the bed the dust from underneath, leaving cute grey paw marks on the impeccable white bedsheets.

Easy to access, was a good place to make a stop in between on my way travelling to East Europe for me and my cat. As always, Ibis hotels were my choice as they’re pet friendly, have free parking and usually affordable.

Not an issue with the hotel itself, the only difficulty would be the walking distance from the tram station, as it involves taking a short walk on a dirt path from side hotel (which could get muddy in the rain), then walking up the main road and crossing over at OBI, where the station was located behind it. OK for average walkers, but for those with limited mobility, this will be difficult, especially when crossing over the dual carriageway.

Friendly service at the counter, staff were very pleasant and were very fluent in the English language. Provided us with tips on how to get around into the City, and also advised us in advance best time to avoid going in (i.e. Sundays where all shops would be closed) Nice comfortable room, Free Parking, Good Location to get to some of the main roads via Car. Breakfast was enjoyable as well, offering a combination of cold and hot food. Less than a 30 minute drive from Phantasialand.

The location is far from city center and also kind of strange.You can commute here with s bahn+Bus here and bus is also not very frequent. The day I am living was saturday and apparently on weekends & holidays it is only once in an hour. The room was really cold I tried to increase the degree for clima but it didnt work at all. Pillows were too small

Breakfast was good and vary enough, hot waffle option was suprising in a good way :) Staff was kind enough... They also provide me early checkin.

Nothing specific. Location was outer from the cologne city center, but can reach in car within 15 minutes drive.

Nice & pleasant stay. Staff was very helpful and responsive. Especially the lady in the reception and the cleaner. Kudos to them.. :-)
