No air conditioning and rooms are somewhat cramped.

The staff are friendly, cheap beer at the bar, and the €9 breakfast is a great way to start day. Located very close to the Pasing S-Bahn for convenient travel into the city centre. If your looking simply for a place to lay your head or you're on a budget then Hotel Imperial is a great alternative to a hostel.

The bathroom needs to be a little wider because where the toilet is very cramped

The hotel was in a good location being a 3 min walk or so from the tram stop, which took you into the heart of the city The bed was comfortable and the room was clean, with also a couple of seats and a little desk The shower was nice with good pressure and was a decent size. The breakfast was good with lots of variety

After the midnight from 8th to 9th of June my wife witnessed how the guy which was at reception at night opened different rooms and looked inside as he checked whether anyone was there or not and called her there like 'Come here I'll show you something'. Looks pretty creepy.

No kettle in the room, we had to ask for hot water at the reception downstairs. Bed and toilet door were creaky. Location quite far from München hbf (40 mins by tram), good if you're planning to travel from Pasing-Munchen instead

Walls were quite thin & toilet is kind of in the middle of the bathroom blocking easy access to shower.

Very convenient location with tram station 4 minute walk away & only short ride to the city centre. Room was clean & tidied regularly by housekeeping. They allowed us to check in early as we were exhausted from flying early morning which was fantastic, very kind and friendly staff. Good value for money.

The Decor in my room was a bit bland and boring compared to other Motel Ones's I've stayed in as well as no ambient lighting, which many other Motel One's have.

I've stayed in Motel One's many times before and this hotel met my expectations. Normally I would say the location was poor, but with a fast and regular U Bahn right on your door step, the location was actually good.

1. We had disabled persons with us. I asked them before booking that if they have lift. They said yes, but it would be great if they would have told that there are 3-4 steps to the entrance. 2. Parking is very hard to find they did not have place into their garage. One needs to find the parking by himself on the street. I have received the following answer when I asked about the parking on the reception while checking in "Find yourself, if you can find a place on street" It was little rude and thank god I found a place otherwise i don't know how far I had to park.

Breakfast was a little bare and beds a little dippy.

Location perfect just a tram away from munich. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Loved having a bar that was open till 2am. Tv hooked up to netflix so that was great.
