The hotel lives up to its name. Everything was perfect. Staffs were professional and helpful. Room was clean. The jacuzzi was great. Location was convenient, near to the Berlin zoo so you can easily entertain your kids. Hotel prices was good with what its offered.

I needed to be there for some meetings. So the location was perfect. The lobby was spacious and allowed enough room to sit with clients and chat without being disturbed by anyone.

It's fairly expensive for bed and breakfast without including the use of the swimming pool, which would be an extra 10 euros per adult and 6 euros per child. Converted sofa bed was quite small.

Room was ready on our arrival even though we were early. Very clean and spacious room. Free mocktail for the kids. Restaurant very accommodating and gave us plates and cutlery so we could eat out takeaway pizza. Breakfast was excellent.

To be honest, if you are a first time visitor of Berlin, and need a place to rest and relax (regardless of the purpose of your trip ), I truly suggest to make the InterContinental be that place. Although nothing is perfect, they will go above and beyond to grant enursity that your stay is pleasurable. That is why I have nothing negative to address (I have no words to answer this question in regards to what I don’t like about the property).

It was a delight to stay at the InterContinental. From the cleanliness and comfort of the room, the amazing and helpful employees and staff, to the facilities provided during my stay such as the food (morning breakfast service, room service, and other restaurants such as Marlene and Hugo’s) the comfort of the room that made me feel relaxed and pleasant during my trip (they went above and beyond to ensure no matter what type of room you stay in,that it was clean, safe, and comfortable), as well as the location of the Intercontinental itself as it is in a prime location for first time visitors of Berlin.

Not much. The bath tub stopper was stuck, I had to loosen it up to let the bath water out. While the location was nice, it is a bit of a distance from the center and you had to walk quite a distance to get to the underground station. Which in the end did not matter as the underground train system in Berlin is awful. We found out that we would always be quicker about on our bikes and we could also see a lot more of the city this way.

The breakfast was excellent, the vegan options were something my wife has never seen before in a hotel and the option of getting an omelette fried on the spot to my preference was great. The room was very good and I've never been in a hotel before where you could not hear anything from the rooms next door and below. The spa was good and the option to rent a bike was really nice.

When we was making check in guy on Reseption asked us about the Minibar. We asked him can we use fridge without using it. He was answered that we can do it but in the evening I tried to open the fridge and it was closed. I was calling to reception and another person explained that we should pay 50 euro. I came and want to pay but it was again impossible because I had money cash but I should pay ONLY BY CARD!!!!😡😡😡 All our food that we brought with us was spoiled!!😩😩😩😩🤭🤭🤭🤢🤢🤢 It's really ruined my experience of the hotel service.

It was really great weekend in the Hotel! We was staying in Easter weekend. My son got a free drink and we was together in the swimming pool and sauna and jacuzzi (it was free of charge because of Easter). Our room was exactly like on the photo. The room was clean and comfortable. The Breakfast was included. The Sunday's breakfast was delicious and meals were for people of any nationality. When we making check out on Reseption was really great lady ( I don't remember exactly name but I think her name was Elizabeth)

The price of the food in the restaurant was a little bit high But the food was very good
