The room and cleanliness was amazing. There were a couple of tiny issues but the staff went far and beyond in sorting things out. The breakfast buffet was absolutely exceptional, so good. We had a day in the spa and the spa rooms and the pool were brilliant. All in all, a wonderful stay.

Additional charge for the pool. However was worth it, and wasn’t busy which was great.

Service, staff were friendly, room was big, bathroom was beautiful and clean. Breakfast included was amazing! Price was worth it. Location was good, bit of a distance to usual landmarks but next to Berlin Zoo and not far from Charlottenburg. We walked to landmarks took about 30 mins and then got an Uber back. No problem!

Was almost charged 20 euros for a cup of tea bringing to room when we just asked for cold milk and more tea bags however this was rectified. Breakfast is very busy and we had to walk around looking for tables each morning.

Spacious and well equipped rooms, breakfast food was good and plenty of choice, bus stop directly outside was handy and within walking distance of rail stations.

For us, the cost did not provide a fabulous experience. The bed was uncomfortable; the mattress was too hard and the pillows were too soft. There was an extra charge to use the pool. I would encourage attention to the bathroom faucet which sprayed water all over the place if you were not careful of only turning it on a bit.

We traveled during December and the location is within walking distance of a Christmas market but further from other sites in which we spent most of our time which resulted in needing to use Uber to get to and from locations. The breakfast was delicious, varied, and offered plenty of sections. The room was quite large and the shower was wonderful.

The air conditioning in both of our rooms weren't working properly and we had to open the windows to reduce the heat. The breakfast spread was very good, but they should try to bring in new dishes everyday. The items in the minibar were a bit expensive and you could easily get the same items in shops close by for a lower price.

Very nice hotel located close to bus stops and walkable distance to the Zoo. They accommodated our request for an early check in, and also offered to give us adjacent, connected rooms. The rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. Huge spread in breakfast options which will meet anyones expectations. Very nice restaurant for lunch and dinner inside the hotel that offers room service. There are also restaurants nearby. We took a day ticket to travel around the city (Bus, Tram and Metro).

It was all great, clean and comfortable, we stayed in a big and lighting room. Beautiful hotel, nice Christmas atmosphere. Breakfast just amazing, with all you might need: sweets and salt plates, fruits and a lot of tea varieties, simply delicious. We had also enjoyed the Spa area, had great time in jacuzzi too.

A reasonable walk to the train station which connects to the airport. Extremely large and grand foyer. The staff were very helpful and polite. The room was very spacious with the best hotel shower we have had for quite some time. The breakfast was exceptional in terms of range and quality.

Everything was perfect but Intercon turning themselves into Ryan air model business if u wanna use the pool, u need to pay extra. I hate this kind of tricky business.
