The pool was pretty crowded between 15h and 18h (with a lot of families, 11 kids when we were there) But the Spa section is calm and very nice!

The room was incredible, comfy beds, and nice bathrooms. The breakfast was very big and diverse (with a great choice of eggs). The location is great to visit the zoo and Kudamm!

Expensive parking, but I suppose that is the case for most places in Berlin. But if you are willing to walk a little bit you can find some free parking spots.

Fantastic staff, comfy rooms, and incredible food (half-board was amazing!). Great location for exploring Berlin, the berlin zoo is a few minute walk. Nice pool and spa and the fact they offered free access during the carnival weekend was the sherry on the top. Best German hotel experience yet!

The breakfast looks great but the food tastes old and not properly heated.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. There were playing corners for kids at the breakfast and the lobby.

Small minus: TV in the room was not functioning for two nights, there was nobody knowledgeable among staff to help when I escalate, so at the end I fixed problem myself. However, they have tried to help me, but they can not rely on provider.

Location is excellent, room well equipped, cleaning regular. Breakfast was fresh and very good. Staff were helpful and friendly. I can highly recommend this one.

A hotel where for the money you pay you get just the right service in every sense! Well done!

I always stay at this hotel when I'm in Berlin! It is in a wonderful place, on the edge of the park and 500m from the main shopping streets. The rooms are nice, clean, big enough and the breakfast is fantastic. Dina, the girl from the reception desk, made my stay beautiful this time with her helpfulness, smartness and beauty. Thank you.

The hotel lives up to its name. Everything was perfect. Staffs were professional and helpful. Room was clean. The jacuzzi was great. Location was convenient, near to the Berlin zoo so you can easily entertain your kids. Hotel prices was good with what its offered.

I needed to be there for some meetings. So the location was perfect. The lobby was spacious and allowed enough room to sit with clients and chat without being disturbed by anyone.

It's fairly expensive for bed and breakfast without including the use of the swimming pool, which would be an extra 10 euros per adult and 6 euros per child. Converted sofa bed was quite small.

Room was ready on our arrival even though we were early. Very clean and spacious room. Free mocktail for the kids. Restaurant very accommodating and gave us plates and cutlery so we could eat out takeaway pizza. Breakfast was excellent.

To be honest, if you are a first time visitor of Berlin, and need a place to rest and relax (regardless of the purpose of your trip ), I truly suggest to make the InterContinental be that place. Although nothing is perfect, they will go above and beyond to grant enursity that your stay is pleasurable. That is why I have nothing negative to address (I have no words to answer this question in regards to what I don’t like about the property).

It was a delight to stay at the InterContinental. From the cleanliness and comfort of the room, the amazing and helpful employees and staff, to the facilities provided during my stay such as the food (morning breakfast service, room service, and other restaurants such as Marlene and Hugo’s) the comfort of the room that made me feel relaxed and pleasant during my trip (they went above and beyond to ensure no matter what type of room you stay in,that it was clean, safe, and comfortable), as well as the location of the Intercontinental itself as it is in a prime location for first time visitors of Berlin.
