Very minor, check out time could be pushed to 12pm or check in time brought down to 2pm, but this is insignificant and not a deal breaker.

Amazing location, incredible customer service, beautiful hotel settings, facilities for private functions are very well arranged, widespread breakfast options, bar is enticing both indoor and outdoor seatings, room prices are very reasonable, highly recommend it.

The coffee machine made noises all night. This lead to a less than optimal nights' sleep. I didn't realize it was the machine until the following morning when I unplugged it and the noises stopped after a while.

The facilities are amazing. Not only do they offer everything and anything a person could want, it is all managed and staffed in the most professional way possible. Staff went out of their way to greet my puppy and treat him as though he were another guest.

It was unclear in the literature that the pool and spa were not included in the price. Also, the parking fee is exorbitant.

Lovely hotel, and quite luxurious for the price. Good, but not great location. More than made up for by the frequent bus that arrives literally right in front of the hotel.

The pool was pretty crowded between 15h and 18h (with a lot of families, 11 kids when we were there) But the Spa section is calm and very nice!

The room was incredible, comfy beds, and nice bathrooms. The breakfast was very big and diverse (with a great choice of eggs). The location is great to visit the zoo and Kudamm!

Expensive parking, but I suppose that is the case for most places in Berlin. But if you are willing to walk a little bit you can find some free parking spots.

Fantastic staff, comfy rooms, and incredible food (half-board was amazing!). Great location for exploring Berlin, the berlin zoo is a few minute walk. Nice pool and spa and the fact they offered free access during the carnival weekend was the sherry on the top. Best German hotel experience yet!

Small minus: TV in the room was not functioning for two nights, there was nobody knowledgeable among staff to help when I escalate, so at the end I fixed problem myself. However, they have tried to help me, but they can not rely on provider.

Location is excellent, room well equipped, cleaning regular. Breakfast was fresh and very good. Staff were helpful and friendly. I can highly recommend this one.

A hotel where for the money you pay you get just the right service in every sense! Well done!

I always stay at this hotel when I'm in Berlin! It is in a wonderful place, on the edge of the park and 500m from the main shopping streets. The rooms are nice, clean, big enough and the breakfast is fantastic. Dina, the girl from the reception desk, made my stay beautiful this time with her helpfulness, smartness and beauty. Thank you.

The hotel lives up to its name. Everything was perfect. Staffs were professional and helpful. Room was clean. The jacuzzi was great. Location was convenient, near to the Berlin zoo so you can easily entertain your kids. Hotel prices was good with what its offered.

I needed to be there for some meetings. So the location was perfect. The lobby was spacious and allowed enough room to sit with clients and chat without being disturbed by anyone.
