We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Calm, elegant and relaxed atmosphere. Staff very attentive and the owner of the hotel introduced himself and welcomed us at dinner. The staff went the extra mile to make sure everything was great. Several ‘extras’ at other hotels were included, such as a welcome sparkling wine on arrival, a piece of cake in the bedroom and a stocked minibar which was all free of charge. They even gave us a couple of bottles of water for our onward journey on check out. Absolutely faultless throughout, evening meal was of very high quality and not too pricey.

Germanyonly minor things: Tea samovar did not work. Tea water provided was only lukewarm. Quality of cuisine fair avarage and not on the same level as location and other services, could be more inspired and provide more variety.
Staff very friendly, customer focussed and service oriented and prompt. Add-ons for dogs and give-away for return travel.
