Everything was on point

Everything was perfect. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom big, everything was clean. Although we’ve only stayed one night, we would have loved to stay more. The bed is very big and has accommodated both me and my husband and our 8 year old son.

Excellent service, friendly and helpful staff. Large and pleasant design room. The air conditioning was working very well. Coffee machine in the room as well as kettle and refrigerator. USB ports near the bad. Very clean. Good location, nearby 2 big supermarket and city centre shopping area. Taxi station is nearby. 10 min walk from the Central Train station, Tram is just outside the hotel.

The beds were not up to my expectation there were two single beds placed next to each other which according to me is not comparable to double bed and I couldn’t feel like I am sleeping on double bed

A small bar fridge and maybe biscuits to go with the tea/coffee would make a big difference to a rushed traveller. Room service was suspended on my visit but would have been useful as I was working consistently during my stay. They appeared short of staff in the bar.

It was clean, neat, and very comfortable. The room was big and spacious. The aircon worked a charm in the heat. The desk and chair were well suited for working in the evenings. Everything worked well, especially the wifi. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I liked the green initiatives.

Because of road side hotel (actually very good accessible location), you can hear the noise of street a little more compare to other hotels that I was before.

One of the best and friendly hotel that I ever tries with family of 4. Very nice staff and they helped me very very much with very early check in with generous offer and upgraded room. Fascinating breakfast

Nothing - it exeeded our expectations and we stayed there to break the journey to south-west France both on the way down and the way back.

there is a carpark at under hotel. the breakfast some pricey but had very good variety. generally nice hotel for Mannheim and Heidelberg(about 15 mins by car)

We made a pitstop in Mannheim for a night on a road trip Sweden -Italy. Perfect hotel for our needs. Garage. Effective service at check-in. Clean rooms, good beds, nice bathrooms. An OK bar. In the very center of Mannheim so easy to find a plethora of restaurants. Breakfast was included -very generous and high value.

I contacted hotel before the trip and told them I wished for the rooms with connecting door. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We got what we asked for on arrival. Rooms are big and very nice. Facility is high-qualified. Lobby is nice with an open bar. Many nice corners for taking photos. Breakfast ist generous and various. Hotel is well-located. Train and bus stop right in front of hotel, the opposite side is perdestrian. but it was not noisy at all. in gernal, we had very good time there, and would like to come back.

Would be great if the terrace could be opened for breakfast. Booked an external person for breakfast on check-in....colleagues in the morning were not aware.

Room was very fine and clean. Breakfast buffet had a great choice. Location central and excellent to reach. Check-in & Check-out efficient. Underground car parking available. Lift security with room keycard activation...nice feature!
