The internet is spotty, weak and cannot be used to work,let alone stream. I was willing to pay for an upgrade, but that was not possible.Leonardo should have upgraded rooms for business travelers,who would pay for the ability to work on their laptop.

Big room nice view we were on the 11th floor , Bus stopped over the road from the hotel, Also not a far walk into the center of Frankfurt amazing architecture and design, Supermarket nearby and a great bakery inside we had breakfast there daily 😋 cheap!

You can see and feel that it is an older hotel. There are definite signs of wear and tear. It did not feel 100% clean. The hotel claims to be more sustainable, but towels were replaced daily. But the biggest problem is the air conditioning/ventilation. The unit makes a lot of noise and just does not work. It does not make your room colder. We got the feeling that it only brought in dirty air, as it also had an unpleasant smell. You had to open the balcony door for proper cooling and fresh air. And that was not just in our room. From the balcony, you could see that all the balcony doors were open at night. The reception desk was not very responsive when we asked about it, but probably as they could not do anything about it.

Great view and very good beds. Breakfast also good. With the nearby bus you are quickly into the center of Frankfurt.

The door to the balcony is closed, due to which little fresh air came in (especially after drying the hair with a hair dryer, I wanted to air the room, but it is forbidden to open the balcony). The gap is only a couple of centimeters.

We thought the room was fabulous. Amazing view of the city skyline. Comfortable spacious clean room. Friendly staff. Dinner buffet was delicious. Only thing is there is no restaurants close by without catching transport. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Great location, near the bus station, which can take you straight to the city centre. Nice views from the balcony. Clean and comfortable. Safe parking for your car. Bar staff was nice enough to serve me a few minutes after working hours.

The weather while we were there was beautiful, no chairs to sit on the balcony to enjoy the view. The main restaurant was closed 4 of the 5 nights we were there, very limited menu in the bar! Don’t get me started on the bar!! 1 or 2 of those young bartenders need a serious course in customer service, 1 in particular, didn’t catch his name was unbelievably rude, on every occasion we went for a drink!!😡

It was very clean, nice view from the balcony, plentiful at the breakfast. Most of the staff were lovely, very polite and welcoming especially Barbara in the breakfast room and Hana on reception. Very well stocked supermarket across the road and bus stop into town was outside the hotel which was great.

Gym machine was broken and only weights till 10kg. Also the steambath did not work and the shower at the sauna had a smell. Also no light inside the sauna
