We expected EV charging, but it turned out that this was not available, and basically impossible to arrange in the centercenter of Lübeck. This is not important, but the information should be correct.

The service, the room, the breakfast and the location was spot on, added bonus was the garage for our car, which we requested specifically.

There was some noise from people walking and talking loud in the streets in the night. Our room was located at the front. Windows seemed not able to keep out the sound.

The hotel is in the middle of beautiful Lubeck. The rooms are large and spotless. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great.

The shower head was pointing in the wrong direction. We couldn't fix it to be straight.

The service was great both at the reception and at breakfast. Also the sauna was a big plus for us.

There was practically no pressure in the shower and no hot water (maybe the snow outside burst a pipe?). They were very understanding at the reception about this and gave us a discount with their apologies.

Location was very good, everything within an easy stroll. We went to the lovely Christmas markets and the center. We used the very practical adjacent parking (overground), which was 12 eur per night instead of 18 eur at the hotel's. Room was cozy and comfortable.

Almost nothing, The only thing I did not like was from booking.com , when I was trying to reserve a room, booking.com suggested to book a 2 room for us so we can accomodate the baby. Yes a baby, I mean if a baby sleeps in a crib and if the crib already fits in the room and if there is already 2 beds in the room then why am I suppose to book 2 rooms ?? But thanks to the hotel personel, after I called and explained them the situation they helped me out.

First of all the location is perfect. It's located in the old city and very walkable to almost everywhere. We were travelling with a 2 years old baby and a dog. It was the first time I've ever seen a hotel is providing amenities for our furry friends. There was a meat stick as a treat, a bowl and a blanket for the dog. Normally when we request a crib, hotels are usually leave it as it is in the room.e This time there were a seperate bin for the diapers and bathing cream/shampoo and a small toy. There were also 2 small packages vegan gummy bears ( I don't know if it was for us or for the kids, but I'd prefer to take it to myself :) ). Mini bar was also nice, there was a big bottle of complimentary water and coffee station as well with different variaties of capsules. Beds were comfy and big suprise to us and kudos to the hotel management, it's the first time we've experienced that a hotel room was heated when we entered during a minus degree winter day. Last but not least, the breakfast buffet was very big and tasty. I was not expected that much. We used to big buffets but not in Germany. Well done! Staff were also very kind and helpfull. If you can not reserve a parking space in the hotels garage, there is another one just next to the hotel.

Extremely friendly staff, comfy beds, soundproof rooms… They went the extra mile and even left some kids toiletteries and a small toy in the crib that was prepared for our toddler!

We had some noise from the street below our window.

Perfect location when traveling with the train since it's a 15 minute walk from the train station. Perfectly situated close to downtown/ old town so you can get wherever you want in not time. There is a bus stop almost in front of the hotel, so if you need to venture further out, that works as well. Breakfast was decent and varied with coffee, coffee specialties and teas on offer.

One two slice toaster at breakfast is woefully inadequate. Other hotels with large number of guests at breakfast use a continuous feed toaster.

Breakfast was wonderful. Plenty of food choices and the staff was very attentive to make certain quantities were maintained.

There was nothing I didn´t like. A perfect hotel when traveling. But not for social togetherness.

The rooms on this hotel have everything you need - comfortabale beds, fresh bathroom, they are clean and silent and the breakfast buffe is fantastic. There is also an underground garage.

The double bed had two mattresses that slipped apart, causing problems. The day we arrived we thought we would just have something light in the evening for dinner. Unfortunately, the selection from the restaurant was rather sparse so we chose to share one dish. We wished there could have been some small dishes like tapas or similar.

The room was a good size. The hotel was in the middle of the old town, close to many attractions and restaurants. The breakfast was superb with a wide variety of breakfast dishes. In general, the staff was very friendly. Very good garage under the hotel with large parking spaces.

A very varied breakfast with high quality products, the hotel is located in the very center of Lübeck, near the Nikolaikirche, attentive staff ready to help in any situation, There was no parking space at the hotel, but we were given the opportunity to use the underground parking located directly next to the hotel. A pleasant bonus was the view of the spiers of the cathedral through the roof, planted with flowering moss! Thanks for a comfortable stay!

location is direct in the city center. You can reach by walk every hot spot, and of course a lot of restaurants and pubs are nearby for the evening. The stuff is always helpful and friendly. Rooms are well sized, comfortable and modern. Air condition is working well. Breakfast is great with vegan, vegetarian or fish/meat typical german food - the breakfast room is also well sized with some quite areas.
