They lost power on Saturday morning for an extended period of time. Therefore, their ability to provide a full breakfast wasn't possible. Additionally, losing all power for such a long period of time made it very difficult to get everyone ready for the event we were going to in Saturday morning.

ice machine not working. They appeared to be short staffed. The front desk wasn’t always manned. We didn’t have washcloths or enough hand towels in our bathroom, they did provide these upon request. The TV reception was poor. Like it was a bad connection.

The suite was mediocre in the cleanliness area. The pillows were horrible. Breakfast was disgusting. There wasn’t a hair dryer. The halls smelled like weed.

Toilet was stopped up before I used it, although I didn't know it until the first flush. The shower activation on the tub faucet was unfamiliar, and I eventually learned that each room has a placard above the faucet that instructs how to activate the shower. There was no placard in my bathroom. One bathroom sconce did not light up.

Bed was comfortable, and air conditioning was great.

The rooms are showing their age. A bit of mildew stains in the bathroom. 1st room AC wasn't working, the refrigerator made a loud noise and the door was hard to open from the inside. 2nd room all was working well.

Shean at the front desk was amazing. He handled our needs with ease and a wonderful attitude. The breakfast attendants were also friendly and helpful.

Facility was "worn". Seats in breakfast room were frayed as was the couch in the bedroom. Pull out sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Springs pushed through thin mattress. Check-in was slow because the "system wasn't working". It was all manual.

Breakfast food was good. Grandkids had plenty of choices. Staff was polite and very nice.

I did not like the old style spring mattress. It was very uncomfortable. We also found the pets in neighboring rooms were loud and disruptive during the night. Dogs were barking in close rooms all the time.

The breakfast was very good and the location was very convenient to everything on 71st street. Breakfast had a waffle maker and hot foods such as eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy.

Prior to our arrival, we had inquired about accommodating a large trailer in the parking area. We did not receive any feedback, nor did the person at the front desk have any suggestions for us when we arrived. We had to park at the business next door.

Nice room with plenty of space for our group. The breakfast offered plenty of choices. Everything seemed clean and we felt reassured staying there during COVID. Staff was friendly and asked about our trip.

I think it is time for a remodel. I was a little disappointed in that. The hotel has definitely been lived in. Was a little dated. The wear and tear is normal and the place was clean, but will feel better when updated.

The location was convenient for us. The price was very affordable. The room was large and comfortable. The staff super friendly. They mad us feel right at home. Thank you. But it is time for an update.

This hotel is a great location. Very easy to get to. The staff was great; greeted me as I was walking down the hallway. The girl that checked me in was very friendly and did a great job! The room was very comfortable and had everything I needed! Very quiet!

The couch/sleeper were filthy! Should have been thrown to the trash a long time ago. We refused to sit on it so the front desk gave us a sheet to put on it. The chair was also awful with tears and stuffing coming out!

Although the staff was amazing and helpful, they never once mentioned that the place was under construction or being remodeled. So as we stepped off the elevator, imagine our surprise when the hallway was tore up and fixtures were missing. A simple, hey sorry for our mess, we're remodeling would have gone a long way.

The room was large and we had plenty of room to spread out. The staff was amazingly nice and helpful.
