We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesOur room overlooked the rooftops and was very quiet. It was exceptionally warm during our stay but having air conditioning was great. Breakfast was absolutely grand. The staff was very accommodating. The manager made sure I received pancakes since I grabbed the last one. Couple of minutes later he delivered a plateful to our table. Our group consisted of 5 people, so they made sure we had a table big enough for all of us every morning. We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast and our stay at Atlantic Hotel Luebeck. Luebeck is my hometown, so coming back every 3 to 5 years for a visit is special. We defiantly will come back again and stay at the Atlantic Hotel.

SwedenWe asked for a place to charge the Tesla, but the outlet was not the standard type 2 charging point, so we could not charge. This need to be communicated clearly to future guests. We booked 2 suites and asked for connecting rooms. This was not possible since the suites are on different floors. However, when we arrived we saw that each suite had a connection room. it would have been nice to get that information. If we had known, we would have booked 1 suite and 1 room.

SwedenBed was hard. The breakfast can better for the price, no clear marking with names on the meats, all meat in ham, not fresh chopped fruits. Parking costs an extra 18 euros/night. Poor TV channels in other languages, TV is small. The safe box is too small. We needed to ask for more shampoo

It was a pleasant surprise that an undercover parking was almost next door to the hotel at 12 euro/day, compared to the hotels limited parking at 18 euro/day. Although the parking was officially closed on Sundays, the Atalantic Hotel had authority to open it for their clients. Be warned though that the exit from the parking is at the back of the buildind and due to the one way street system, it took us a full ten minutes to re-find the hotel to pick up our bags. The bar and evening restaurant facilities were limited and overpriced for the "snack" selection, however the the staff made up for this with a very friendly attitude. The breakfast was excellent, and reasobaly flexible on our Sunday morning check out. The location within a short of walk of the market place and and very good shopping was a bonus.

SwedenThe evening bar food menu was limited and rather expensive for the dishes. Although the barman was extremely friendly and helpful and spoke good English, as did the rest of the staff.
The location of this hotel is excellent. We are regular visitors to Lubeck and know the town. We always travel by car from SE Sweden, and the pay as you go car park is 25 metres from the hotel and very reasonably priced at 12 euro per day. Beware though as the exit from the hotel can confuse owners who wish to return and park outside the hotel to load up luggage.
