In my point of view, there was a lack of items in my room particularly a trash can and a working refrigerator. I’d also imagine the price for a 500 ml beer to be a little less around say 4,90 euros. Another thing that bothered me was the constant presence of the staff at the second level. Due to the walls being also very thin, one could easily hear any situation coming from the neighbours such as one yelling or another playing loud music.

The breakfest was admirable especially the choice of what to eat. The staff were sympathetic and available 24/7. Facilities and the cleaniness of the rooms was decent.

The shower is too small with limited space. I (174 cm, 65 kg) find it a bit difficult to move my body and arms around in the shower. Room 350 with damaged sink drain stopper/strainer and no kettle to boil water (only upon request).

The rate is great for the room and its facilities. Overall nice and comfy for short stay.

The cold cuts did not have labels of what they were. It was hard to know what is what. The shower in the bathroom was clogged and when showering it gets filled with water. When i tried to open the drain cover it was very dirty and full of hair.

Room was really small. Also the shower was way too small and slightly broken. It was dark in the room, lights were too dim. There was mold and dirt in the fridge. Definitely does not match **** class.

European hotels love their massive bulky square cussions. Be sure to ask for a normal pillow if you're not used to it.

The pictures are a realistic portrayal of the rooms. Breakfast is worth it. Hotel is very well connected - the 18 and 19 tram is 400m away and the U-bahn is less than 1km away.

the hotel is walking distance from city center but more than half an hour, transport difficult to understand how it works.

The room given to me had a weird and claustrophobic feel. It was on the attic and window was in top. There were no cabinets and ceiling was too low.

The location is great. Gives good exercise to go to stores, churches, train station and center. Breakfast was excellent. Always came back for this.

Had a foreign charge on my credit card despite Booking.com promising this doesn't happen. No real response from booking.com despite multiple calls and emails. They blamed the hotel.
