Cleanliness. Couple of dirty kleenex's in a drawer, dust on the headboard of the bed, only one garbage can for the whole unit, food on the surface in front of the microwave. All unnecessary. Cleanliness costs nothing. Plus nowhere near enough towels for the room! It seems in their quest to create student accommodation condos, travelers are being left behind. No problem, only one night.

It was just a stopover on the way to Panama beach City. One more night on a trip to there. It was ok. Worked fine. Young lady on the desk was so helpful!

The only problem is the floors looked like it wasn't not swept and the bathroom floor looked like it was mopped but you could see like walking prints of a dirty shoe or foot.

The staff was really nice and the room wasn't bad at all. It smelled nice and had more than enough room.

We booked several weeks before our stay but the room was not prepared for the 3 people. We had to go back to the office to request linen and a blanket for the sofabed, plus more towels. There was no mattress protector on the sofabed and no blankets on the king bed only the "3 sheets"!

The motel was very pretty. The room was spacious and comfortable. The included breakfast was great. There was plenty of parking.

All soap dispensers in shower were empty/ missing.parts to coffee maker(told someone would be there around 9am.(we'd be on the road by then). There was no creamer or sugar at the breakfast bar. Was told they were out. I will.say the people behind the desk were very nice. No complaints about them

I booked a Queen suite which was supposed to be two rooms together but at check in I was informed that doesn’t exist (although that’s what I booked). I also requested a crib because it says they have free cribs and at checkin was told they have never had any cribs. Pretty much every reason I booked this room wasn’t avail.

It would be nice to have four pillows instead of two so the pillows don’t fall behind the Murphy bed. Also the breakfast area needs to be tidied up more often and things need wiped off, tables were not clean and the syrup bottle was disgusting. Other than those two things everything was great! We even booked again for our return trip.

Wasn't notified about the $100 deposit before I stayed until I arrived at the hotel. It was booking.com fault. The heater in the room wasn't working properly. It was cold that entire night. I should have just stayed outside.

We went to our original room and it wasn’t clean looked like someone was living there. We had to switch three times because rooms were not cleaned . Took two hours to get us in a room that had some bedding . I still ended up having to make two beds myself. Clearly short staffed. This was our second time staying here. Breakfast was terrible. We picked it again because last time it was a pleasant stay and good location for what we needed. It’s a shame the place could be really nice if they just had enough staff or better staff who actually knew what rooms were ready or where sheets were kept. They didn’t even apologize for the major inconvenience and we were traveling with young kids. They ruined our first night of our trip with poor service and bad upkeep of rooms.

Once we actually got a room the size was great and the bed was really comfortable.

All an ice machines in multiple buildings said out of order, but I would guess they were turned off. The note said to get ice at office but out of order there too. We had two rooms and both in room coffee makers had the part missing that holds the coffee so unusable. Details make a difference.

I was a great value. Average breakfast of eggs, sausage and waffles. Place had an upscale resort feel but missing a few details to make it excellent.

Very hilly. Tough on old guys. Also, we had asked ahead for early arrival and told no problem. But when we got there, we were told there was an extra fee. Would have been nice to have known ahead of time. No face cloths in room; shower (tub) very slippery and nothing to hold on to. Coffee supplies not restored. Pump body cleaner empty. If you are going to charge an early arrival fee the room should have been ready.

We arrived on Friday night to check into our two adjoining rooms. One room was perfect and the other room was never cleaned. Two pizza boxes/coffee cups on tables, towels on the floor, and the bed had just been slept in. Walked back out to the manager to let them know and she had no solution as the cleaning crew had already left. She handed me sheets and a comforter so we had to change our own bed and clean up the room/trash ourselves for $300/night. Thankfully, the next morning they came and cleaned it. Talked with the owner/manager who said that he would give us a small credit and send us a voucher for one night in the future. They gave us a very small credit, but never sent us the voucher.  waited a month before posting review as I gave them a chance. Sent them two messages about the situation

Had no room cleanup on Saturday and had to ask for clean towels.

Breakfast was decent and got the job done. Saturday morning had less than Sunday. Great facility, wrap around porch and plenty of outdoor seating if you wished. The hotel was reasonably priced.

The fan in the bathroom didn’t really seem to take the humidity out of the air. But what I struggled with most, however, was the breakfasts. Since we had also added on extra time to stay with her son, who needed a minor surgery while we were there, we stayed for four days. The breakfasts were so-so. Coffee was awful. Sunday the eggs were actually chunky and somehow greasy.. There was nothing really good to eat. Ended up with a bagel and cream cheese. Other than that the property was a good value. The place seems like it’s trying really hard to be better. It looks like they just need to be a little more conscious of certain things. 

It looks like it had been recently updated. A lot of the property was newer, feeling and the room had also been updated. The bed was really comfortable!

Staff not real friendly. Called front desk since room phone didn’t work. Got short answer “maintenance had left for the day”. Will tell them in morning. Never heard back. TV remote only worked from one of the beds due to way TV mounted . They did not seem to care about that fact. Rate was so good and room was great so overall was good, Breakfast was marginal at best…
