Yes, one of the elevators is still broken, but there are 2 more across the loby. The breakfast "tickets" are a bit funny, just give your staff updated breakfast list.

This is a great hotel! Spacious rooms, comfortable big beds, all nice and clean. We were travelling with our almost 3 year old and booked a family room, with the idea that we will all sleep on the normal beds. The hotel proactively prepared baby cot - this one was extremely comfortable, not like with other hotels we experienced. Very good breakfast. Around the corner from the hotel, you have various restaurants to go out for dinner. Parking is right under the hotel and you are in the middle of Magdeburg, so paid parking make sense.

Better to use stairs as you can wait ages for a lift.

Amazing place from architecture point of view - very unique and worth seeing. A good car park and relatively cheap considering the central location. A walking distance to the Magdeburg Christmas Market.

I made my reservation a couple weeks in advanced and specifically asked for a room with a double bed and when we made the check-in, they said that we could get just two separated beds because they were completely booked. At least they were kind enough to offer to put the beds together for us but it was not what I was expecting when my reservation said clearly double bed. The hotel is huge and at all times they was at least one elevator not working. Then you had to wait a lot of time to use any working elevator. When we used the stairs to go to our room we found out that our key didn't work for all stairs but just for the one close to our room, which is kind of annoying when you go up 6 floors and find out that you have to go down again because the key won't open the door for the floor.

Breakfast was good, the bed was comfortable. The parking was good just a little too expensive. The location is great.

Size of the room is quite large. Huge variety of Breakfast items. Very near to main railway station & central market. Pool & gym is bonus. Huge property.

The procedure for admission to breakfast is archaic. The lists with the room numbers for guests who paid for breakfast were not updated in the morning. Even though I had paid at check- in at 5 pm the previous day, the list said I had not and so I was told to go to my room and get the invoice. And that with only one elevator working.. Oh well, it’s time to start printing those lists every morning! Simple solution to spare some uncomfortable situations at the breakfast counter!

The hotel is comfortable, conveniently located and has a large parking lot.

The carpet needs to be changed. My room was ok-ish, but my coworker's room definitely needed a new carpet.

smelled like it was a smoking room, which was really a pity. pillows were extremely soft.

hotel has a super central location, few minutes walk from train station and city center. Room was really clean and very big and had nice facilities. friendly and helpful staff.

Nothing major, but one of the elevators was out of order and so the waiting time was longer to use the functioning one in the side of building we were staying. There was a queue for the check-in desk throughout the afternoon and even in late evening. Perhaps the number of personnel can be increased? Breakfast price a bit steep, and we had an early check-out, so we ended up skipping the breakfast.

Central location; has paid parking; spacious rooms; clean and comfortable. There is a pool and fitness room in the hotel, which we did not use as we had a short over-night stay.

The central hall could have had a bit more light and there was a big line to do the check in, so they could provide more staff in case there are many guests coming at the same time to do the process a bit faster.

The hotel is big and has a nice atmosphere. It also has a great location just a few minutes away from the central station. The room had a good size and was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a lot of options with fresh fruit, bread and eggs, with plenty of space to sit and the staff was efficient and friendly.

Not clean. I treated you lightly in the scores above. Room smells, signs of dirt at armchairs and elsewhere. Outdated bathroom although real bathtub was there and this compensates a bit - a family with kids needs a bathtub not a shower. NEVER EVER get rid of bathtubs in you bathrooms or at least those from those rooms marked "family friendly" if you know what I mean. Tell cooks that they overdo scrambled eggs - they are way too dry.

Rooms were generously spacious. Of course no real "family room" exists at your hotel where we all could have been together (only 4!) but two separate rooms have been proposed and I guess everybody at the hotel pretends this fulfills the need (LOL).

Perfect location in walking distance to the historical city centre. Underground parking available for a weekend fee. Amazing breakfast selection. Nice hotel restaurant/bar for evening drinks. Very pleasant staff.
