The fridge is very small and there is no microwave. The kitchen is super basic, without pots or pants and a microwave you're fairly limited.

Very central, nice place, stylish. It's clean, nice bathroom. My family lives in town and will send future guests to this place.

The shower was separate, which was wonderful, but it was extremely exposed as in the sitting room.

the location was great; walking distance (15minute) from gothic cathedral, staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and we were upgraded to the suite which was a wonderful surprise!

Fantastic small-scale hotel with lovely staff that make you feel right at home. The breakfast is so nice that we opted for it every day of our stay and the place almost feels more than a warm home than a hotel! The location is good and the hotel is situated very close to an affordable underground parking.

The receptionist was not very polite. He was not very friendly. One flight of stairs . when the reception was closed , there was no choice of an elevator. So we were lucky that we could use the lift when we arrived and when we left.

The room was big, the bed was very comfy, the shower was great! Although the building was old, the room was renovated. we appreciated the little kitchen! Nice small boutique hotel. Easy to find. Good heating! Nice big windows.

The shower is not completely separated from the room, there is a coridor in between but no doors, so it can make someone (who loves to shower in privacy) feel uncomfortable .

nothing, my recommendation is shouldn't come on Sunday because the shopping mall and many attractions in town are closed.

All Staffs are so nice and friendly, they're all helpful and trying to do everything to serve what you need. I'm impressed and delighted to be here. I recommend to all travelers to check this hotel. The room is also spacious and has nice decoration.

Maison Marsil is a super cute hotel in an old building. If you want a boutique hotel in a vintage building that is full of charm, it's a great place to stay. But as it's an old building, it's not wheelchair friendly and the wood floors creak. It wasn't an issue for me, and I would happily stay there again on a further trip to Köln! The location is fantastic, with plenty of restaurants nearby.

The heating was a bit to high and we couldn´t find the way to turn it down. This might have been our mistake

We loved the place and really fulfilled or expectations! The staff was super friendly and the breakfast wonderful. Everything felt right from the start. The room is tastefully decorated with a lovely comfortable bed and lovely pillows.

I think the stairs do a little bit of noise and it took me a minute to get used to it as they were right next to my room door. I'm sure if you are not so close to them you wouldn't even listen.

Really nice room, with a comfy bed, nice decorations, super clean, and a kitchenette. The location is really central, just a couple of blocks from Neumarkt. So you'll be In the heart of the city, while in a very quiet street. Really lovely place.
