Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The hotel staff working at Bar is so nice and cooperative. I like the way he provided me service. The staff at breakfast time was also so nice and welcoming staff. The deserve appreciations. Your staff at reception were so cooperative and the services were unforgettable.

The location was convenient with super market, drug store, pharmacy, restaurants within walking distance. Also a gasoline stand is close by. It is also very close to the Autobahn and 12 mins to the airport.

GermanyDidn’t like the fact that I made a reservation and paid for it three hours ahead of time when I got to the first hotel they made me wait an hour and then told me they had given my room to someone else and they but they had a room at the hotel down the street.
Solomon was the best. He was extremely helpful very sympathetic since I had made a reservation at the hotel doen The street and had to go down the middle of the road at 11:30 at night with my two suitcases, by the time I got to the second hotel he was very very helpful. He inquired several times about how I was doing and how was the room he was very nice and made my stay very enjoyable .

i had to wait for nearly 2 hours because the first hotel was overbooked and the 2 staff were overworked, eventually they managed to find us alternative room in nearby sister hotel. I felt sorry for them as they were obviously doing there best but it was late and everyone was tired. The new hotel was better organised with more staff and older staff who seemed less under pressure

United StatesNo restaurants available in the evening. The hotel has seen better times before. Equipment, furniture, facilities have been worn out obviously over the past 8 years. Toilet didn‘t flush easily, the room had some historic smell, the cleanliness was borderline to usual service, e.g. finger prints on some surfaces. The room size is also smaller compared to other hotels in the area.

LithuaniaThe hotel is located really 10 min walk from the Eschborn Sur station. The room was clean and nice, the view over the fields was peaceful and I could even see some Frankfurt buildings. Well-equipped bathroom, comfortable bed, kettle in the room with some tea\coffee making facilities. The wifi was strong and stable, was suitable for work. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very convenient for an overnight stay when driving north/south, Eschborn is just off the highway. The room was clean & quiet.

United KingdomReally upset to find that we were not informed the restaurant was closed. Meant having to order a pizza which was not the evening meal hoped for after a day of travelling. No mention on Booking.com that the restaurant was closed that we can find. Really disappointing, in what is a well located, comfortable hotel.
