Nothing. It was just what we wanted for what we wanted to see and do around Flensburg.

The location is ideal; with parking nearby and the centre of town, and the bus station within easy walking distance. Our room was of a good size and quite adequate for our stay. The toilet was spacious and fitted out to accommodate disabled guests. However, unless all the toilets are fitted out in a similar fashion throughout the hotel, I cannot understand why ours should be allowing disabled access when it was located on the fourth floor. The breakfast provided guests with a wide selection to choose from and was well displayed, although the serving area needs to be enlarged. It became somewhat congested at times.

Hotel doesn't have any parking and in my opinion this is a very big disadvantage. In the rooms should be additional pillows and linens in case you need them. There are also rooms above the tunnel where vehicle traffic is high and therefore, the noise in the room is also increased.

Hotel Ramada staff welcomed us with a big smile and quick administrative procedures. After 5 minutes of formalities we were settled down and already had the keys from the hotel room. Room itself is cozy and surprisingly - with a bath and not a shower. Beds were ok, mattresses still held us in a horizontal position. Complimentary water and snack-surprise if you not need each day cleaning of the room just adding some extra value

City Maut. I sent a lot of money in Flensburg. Addition Maut. It's like robbery knight. Next stay outside and get in by car.

Television! I never watch TV but being here 10 days for work in freezing temperatures made me use TV, constant disturbances like living in the 80th, small for 2024 Bathtub Shower curtain…is that still a thing? Mattress like a trampoline, but have good sleeps to be fair Very loud and unprofessional talking of staff in the mornings from time to time

Sorry, nothing to complain about.

Hotel directly at the harbor and in easy walking distance to downtown, restaurants and pubs. Very friendly staff that tries to help with questions about the rooms. The rooms are adequate, if a little outdated, but everything works wonderfully. Breakfast was plentiful and there was something for everyone. The American pancakes were the best I have had in any hotel. Parking is not available at the hotel, but there is a very good parking garage (cost very reasonable) directly behind the hotel in the side street. The parking garage has an elevator.

Breakfast was expensive - so we chose to eat out.

Great location opposite the historic harbour, a short walk from the pedestrianised shopping area. Rather noisy with the windows open at night as above a popular going out area. Rooms were clean and comfortable but bathroom could do with updating. It was easy to walk to local cafes for meals.

Staff not well trained. 2 of our outlets were out so the lamps can't come on in one corner so a bit dark since no overhead lights. Then the fridge didn't work and we told the staff and she told us the fridge comes on automatically if you put things inside. So we did that and waited and waited. Nothing. We tried to tell her it was broken. When we went down she really couldn't help us. Shame. Next day the maintenance guy came and right away said it was broken and the outlets would need to be fixed.

The price is too high for an hotel without even a showcap , not like other hotels in Germany , hotel request the payment at check-in and add a quit high amount of tax

Free upgrading is appreciated. Good location. The people for the restaurant and the housekeeping sont nice. Ms.Cheyanne schrottke is the only one in the reception to smile.
