Room cleaning is not on a daily basis. The shower did not have adequate protection, so water easily floods the whole bathroom floor.

Perfect location! Close to the train station for daily getaways and short walk from the city center. The room is very clean, spacious and well-furnished.

Beautiful hotel in a good location close to train station and city centre .Breakfast was exceptional , extensive selection of delicious hot and cold food served in a lovely room by friendly and helpful staff. The room was very well designed. ,spotlessly clean and very comfortable, there were very pretty and well tended plants in the lobby and coridors ,someone is taking great care of them they were a delight, thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and appreciated the free coffee in the comfortable lobby. Would definitely stay again

The staff was really friendly both at check-in and check-out. I loved the options to speed up the check-in process online beforehand. Also I haven't seen the check-out being automated like this in a hotel, very nice! The room was very clean and design was great, it was a pleasure to stay in the room.

The location was perfect - in a quiet street right next to the Central Station so we just walked directly to the hotel! The staff were very friendly and the check in and check out process was seamless! Their communication was very clear and it made my 1 night stay just superb!

I needed to extend my stay for one more night due to strikes cancelling my flight. I was automatically offered breakfast included in the rate without being asked, when I asked for the extension of the stay. That was fine, however our early morning flight wouldn't have allowed us to spend the morning eating a proper breakfast. They do offer the possibility to switch to takeaway breakfast, which we did, however what we received was worth far less than 22 EURO worth of breakfast (water, two sandwiches, one apple, small simple yoghurt and a chocolate-musli bar from Lidl). I recommend avoiding exchanging buffet breakfast with takeaway breakfast and rather have a proper meal in a morning when you can have it or ideally just not accept breakfast included in the rate from the very beginning, if 22 EURO is too much for you. I would have appreciated if we had a table in our room. We had to store all of our stuff on a little shelf and on the couch.

Bed was very comfortable, everything was clean. Staff was very polite and kind. Buffet breakfast was expensive (22 EURO), but also excellent. I very much appreciated the variety and freshness of the food, as well as the fact that they collaborate with local suppliers.

Actually...nothing.

It was a wonderful stay with us - room was spacious and clean and the beds were comfy. I particularly like the small radio placed in the room as I could just play some music without using my phone. Location was great too and the hotel staff were very friendly. But our favorite was the free coffee in the lobby. Guests can have it anytime they want with the wonderful coffee machine dispensing different flavors with frothy milk.

Well located a 5 minute walk from the train station so very convenient for dropping your bags before exploring Munich. We were given a warm welcome by Reception and even though we had arrived an hour before check in we were able to check into our room. We were really impressed with the room - loved the decor - very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. We particularly appreciated the free hot drinks available in the foyer. We only wished we had more time to spend here!

Nothing really but if I really have to add, the room would have been perfect with the provision of bath slippers. Otherwise, this is as good as it gets!

Perfect, Safe and Quiet location near the Main Railway Station or Hauptbahnhof. The Front Desk Staff has been super friendly, welcoming and most helpful especially when I had a small issue which needs immediate attention. The Duty manager at the Front Desk sent me on my way to a service provider nearby and got it done. Along the short walk there, I got to venture past the now empty Theresienwiese and the imposing Bavaria Statue, impressive! At the reception area, they have this hot drinks dispenser which we thoroughly enjoyed having, especially after coming back from a long day of cold wintry weather or during the mornings to with a hot cup of tea to start the day. They also gave me a room on the top floor which came with a pleasant surprise, a rooftop balcony. I would definitely stay here again when in Munich and having to choose a hotel near the Central station.

Nothing. With such nice personnel we didn't even try to notice what could be eventually disliked.

The personnel was highly kind and professional. They provided us with more than all needed for pleasent stay. I have rarely seen such level of kindness. 10+ from my side. The room was big and clean and of modern design. The location is perfect as we needed to catch the train very early morning. Just aside München Hbf however the street was quiet.
