Very clean and modern hotel only a few minutes walk from nearest metro stop. The staff were very friendly and the bar was excellent and there was a lovely outdoor seating area. Very quiet location.

If hotel could provide a water machine with cold and warm drinking water to fill up water bottle, we bring our own water bottle for eco friendly concept,that would be very nice!

Breakfast is a big surprise for us, it‘s display and foods interprets the philosophy of a „Good morning“!

Landed late into Munich airport due to airline delay, only option was a €100 cab from the airport as not near any underground. Breakfast was not relaxing, so many people, lots of children, felt like mayhem so only did it once, breakfast selection was great though. Fabulous bar, but closed at 1am, which wasn't clear when we book as one of the hotel chains in the city stays open 24 hours whcih we thought this was, but it wasnt.

Ambiance, interior design, fabulous open spaces, bar, city view from the room (level 9), so close to the river and the riverside walking, felt super safe.

Room is a bit "tight" making it difficult to properly unpack and feel comfortable.

Motel One - Deutsches Musem is conveniently located just under 2 km from Marienplatz making it ideal for exploring the old town of Munchen. It is situated in a quiet neighbourhood and a green area on the bank of a small river. It boasts a spacious underground parking ata a reasonable per day price.

Good location and underground parking

Room are very small if you have luggage there is no room yo even open your suitcase. Everything else was good!

A 45 minute wait to check-in after an 18 hour flight with a toddler was unexpected and a huge disappointment. No acknowledgment of this by the desk staff when I finally checked in until I asked why. Her reply was that it was a busy weekend and they had hundreds of new guests to check-in. Seems like they have a serious systems problem as this is not only really inconvenient for guests when arriving, it also prevents them from accessing the desk for questions as there's no phone in the room. The room itself, although clean and efficient, was tiny and barely accommodated my wife, myself and our little one. We were literally tripping over our bags the whole stay.

The hotel was clean, stylish and well located. A 10 minute walk from subway station, and a 10 minute walk to old town. There are numerous cafes nearby and a grocery store within a 10 minute walk. The bed was really comfortable. The courtyard is a nice place to sit after a day of walking in the city. If you have children there is a nice little playground nearby.

The air conditioning didn’t seem to be too strong on a hot summer day in both of the rooms we stayed in.

The property was great! everyone was very friendly and the property and rooms were very clean and modern, including comfy beds.
