We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GermanyThe overall feeling was that it is dirty. The room door was open and also the window yet the smell in the room was bad. The fridge was very dirty but wasn't functioning anyway. The hinge from the closet was missing so any moment to door could fall. The bathroom needs a bit of chlorine. The chair in the room was filthy. The beds were not bad but iy was impossible to rest. There are no blinds so at 5:30 it was very brights and i woke up. At 6am the room was smelling of everything that was being cooked for breakfast. Website says there is free parking and i mentioned that i need a parking spot,yet the lot was full. I was instructed to park on the sidewalk as it's free. Luckily there was one spot available right there but otherwise...Also it is not entirely free, only until 8am. The overall experience was bad and would not return nor recommend.

Belgiumno staff at reception after 2 pm even though they send a mail reception would be staffed till 9 pm. wrong code received to retrieve key from code lock (hence need to call again at arrival), beds of poor quality, pillows a disgrace. no bed make up, no towel change, nothing !!!

IrelandGetting in was hard. I got an email stating reception would be open until 8, nobody was there, had to call a number (2 options) to get a pin to get my roomcard. Which is fine, if the numbers actually connected to anything, we tried 2 different phones and about 15 calls total and only once actually connected through. Which took forever, children were hungry and crying by that time. I also asked for a cot, got confirmation before hand one would be there and it was not. Baby slept on the ground on blankets and towels!

CanadaCigarrette buds in abundance outside in the driveway. Outside garbage can needs thorough cleaning.
Location good nearby grocery stores and restaurants. Breakfast buffet good.
