“The hotel was very close to shops, restaurants, take aways and ice cream shop. It is also walking distance to the bus and train station for tourists and locals to travel to Hamburg City. ( The train is very reliable and on time ) all the time. The hotel staff were lovely people. They are very welcoming and accommodatingThe lady at the reception let us even borrow an adapter. Navi was also nice . Checking in and out was easy. The place was clean.”
